Summary:

Incredible Price Reduction in September.! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This oversized condo is at Naples Bay Resort, just south of 5th Avenue and Downtown Naples. This complex sits on 22 acres consisting of 5 pools, 3 hot tubs, state of the art gym with Peleton bikes, Top Golf, 6 Tennis Clay Courts and a private Spa for guests only. Come and enjoy dining at the Member's Lounge, Indulge



The Space:

This spacious corner unit makes this condo cheerful and bright. Enjoy fabulous views of resort pools from your lanai. The Kitchen is fully stocked to make any meal enjoyable at home. Washer and Dryer in the condo.



Guest Access:

The neighborhood is perfect for walkers, joggers and riding bikes. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. 5th Avenue is 7/10th of a mile away. The Beach is 1.6 miles away.

Guests must register with THE CLUB in order to use the 5 pools, 3 hot tubs, sauna rooms, steam room, gym, tennis, and Member's Lounge. In addition, THE CLUB provides free shuttle to 5th Avenue, 3rd Street and the Pier Beach. The Club Fees are Paid DIRECTLY to THE CLUB at your arrival.



June 1 to October 31,

$150 Temporary Membership + $50 Daily Resort Fees (plus tax)

COVERS ALL GUESTS STAYING IN THE CONDO.



November 1 to May 31



$250 Temporary Membership + $60 a Daily Resort Fees. plus tax (6 nights min stay )

Winter break

We had a nice time and really enjoyed the resort. It was busy at the pool, since it was over holiday break, but we had expected that. Anita and Joel were very easy to work with, and we felt the cottage was well kept. The location, can not be beat, we visited Tin City, 5th, and the beach daily.

Fun in Paradise

Everything was perfect! Thank you Mari for making everything so easy from beginning to end. Always getting back to me within minutes. The cottage was beautiful and well equipped with everything you may need. The pool area was fantastic especially for my grand babies. Really nice …loved the corner and 2nd floor location

The only disappointment was the not so easy access to the Pool Club….entrance gate was lock and we had to walk all the way to the front entrance of the club ..which was on a different street. The entrance gate was directly in front of condo …but couldn’t use it 🤔

Wonderful vacation!

First, let me say that I don't write reviews for anything - good, bad or otherwise, but this experience warranted recognition. This was, hands down, our best experience ever with a vacation rental - through VRBO, or any other agency. The unit was immaculate, and the hosts went above and beyond to provide everything you could need to enjoy your stay. They were super responsive to any questions I had before booking, and made sure they were available for anything we needed during our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the cottage is updated and beautifully decorated. We also really appreciated the full array of beach chairs and umbrellas to use at the absolutely gorgeous beach! The resort itself is beautiful, but the hosts and their cottage are what made this stay perfect from start to finish! We will absolutely not hesitate to come back! Thank you!

Amazing stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this well-kept, comfortable and spacious 3 bedroom condominium before the holidays. The separation of the large master bedroom and private bath from the other 2 bedrooms was perfect. We felt very welcomed and at home from the moment we arrived with our bottle of wine with a hand written note personalized to me. Thank you! Any questions were immediately answered by the home owner. I don’t have one negative comment to add. None.

Condo and location are excellent. The amenities at the Naples Bay Resort are top notch. The only drawback is there is no dresser in the 2nd bedroom and the bed is not a queen, seems more like full size.

Beautiful Resort Great Condo

This condo is located at the Naples Bay Resort which is a fabulous spot. The condo is beautiful and very clean. The lanai overlooks the pool and it was beautiful to sit there and listen to the pool waterfall. The property manager was very helpful and professional. All in all, this was the perfect selection for my family. The pools are amazing and so is the gym. We specially loved the fact that there was so much to do within walking distance. We even took the free shuttle to 5th ave ur and that was really fun. Will be coming back soon!

This property is located in the B Building very near the pool entrance. It has just had wood floors installs through out. Granite has been replaced in kitchen and bathroom. High Ceilings and big sliders make this condo feel very spacious. The apartment has everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

The lanai overlooks the Pool. Condo is very bright and sunny lanai. Kitchen is fully stocked. We provide Beach Chairs, umbrella, coolers, iron, ironing board, hair dryers, robes, Safe for your valuables and much more!
