2 Bed/2 Bath Home in Gated Community on San Carlos Blvd. Only 2 miles from FMB.

We are taking reservations for monthly rentals only (first of the month thru the last day of the month), contact host for more information.

The home has been completely remodeled from ceiling to floor, with brand new appliances, quartz countertops, new flooring, stackable washer/dryer and 2 walkin tile shower bathrooms. This spacious 2 bed/2 bath features cathedral ceilings, fun friendly open floorplan, beach décor, large lanai, outdoor patio and carport. Located in Sun Resorts and Residences f/k/a Indian Creek Resort, where amenities and activities are abundant with 2 pools, tennis & pickleball courts and shuffle board courts.

Take the Lee Tram (.75 cents from the outside of our resort), or walk, drive to Ft. Myers Beach, only 2 miles down San Carlos Blvd to FMB Time Square to enjoy the fabulous white sandy beach, and the magnificent sunsets. Located in the heart of the Time Square area you will find Margaritaville resort (open to the public to explore), water sport rentals, beach shops and plenty of lively restaurants with live bands. Or, take a day trip to Sanibel/Captiva Island only 10 minutes to Sanibel Causeway and only 15 minutes to Turner Beach on Captiva Island.

Our home is next to first class Smuggler Cove Miniature Golf Course featuring waterfalls, caves & live alligators that you can feed, with discounts for guests of Sun Resorts.

Walmart is across the road from the resort, with a brand new Publix Grocery Store only 2 blocks from the entrance.

Our home comes with a brand new 65" Smart 4K TV and a 32" Smart 4K TV in master bedroom. Internet throughout the home. All bedding, towels, beach towels, pots, pans, silverware, appliances, ice maker, washer/dryer and blackstone grill are all new in 2026. The living room love seat pulls out to make an additional twin bed. Enjoy your quiet evening cocktail on the lanai off the kitchen. All amenities in the Resort are available to our guests at no charge.

No pets and no smoking are allowed in our home.

Our stay was wonderful in this beautiful and clean two bedroom house. The furnishings and appliances were brand new, the beds were very comfortable foam beds, we loved how bright and open the house is. There is good storage space for clothes, the master bathroom had space for storing our supplies and the walk in shower was great. There’s a stackable washer and dryer in the unit. The back porch was a great retreat with some waterfront views and beautiful sunsets. This Sun Resorts neighborhood is safe with a 24 hour guard shack. The home sits back in the neighborhood and so it’s very quiet both day and night. The neighborhood has heated pools, pickleball courts, tennis, shuffleboard, etc. There are pickleball friends ready to play Mon- Sat mornings. There are lots of activities at the centers for different hobbies. They offered concerts on site. The sister property next door also offers a small library, fitness room, large outdoor hot tub and more pools. The neighborhood landscaping is beautiful. This house is about 2 1/2 miles to Fort Myers beach and you have the option of taking a trolly outside the complex. Sanibel Island is a short drive (10 min?) away. We took bikes and rode and walked around the neighborhood. We would highly recommend this home.

This 55+ gated community Sun Resorts and Residences at Fort Myers Beach (formerly known as Indian Creek Resorts) offers several amenities including tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, bocce, community activities, and more. Two pools and a clubhouse are now "open" February 2025. Sun Resorts and Residences remains committed to Indian Creek's well-established history in Southwest Florida.

It’s coastal living at its best. Nearby are restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, banking, Publix grocery, Walmart, post office, and many other shops. Fort Myers Beach is a short bike ride away, or for a more leisure trip, hop on the trolley right outside the park entrance. Walk the beach, soak in the vibe at Time Square, explore Margaritaville Resort (public invited), or head south on Estero Island for lazy days and memorable nights. Beyond Fort Myers Beach are nearby Bunche Beach Preserve, Sanibel and Captiva Islands with some of the best shelling in the world, Pine Island for its laid-back atmosphere, and other outdoor venues too numerous to mention, all within 7 miles.
