We are a married couple (14 years this July) originally from Cleveland, but living in the Chicago suburbs, so we REALLY appreciate SWFL's warm winters and sunshine.
Our wish is for you to truly experience the gift that is this SWFL slice of heaven. For us, there's nowhere like Fort Myers and Sanibel Island. We know you are going to love it here as much as we do!

Our family has been lucky enough to spend vacations in the Fort Myers area since before my siblings and I were even born. We treasure our memories of family time spent shelling and relaxing on the nearby gorgeous beaches. And, the number of golfers in our family has grown from just one to nine as we've welcomed spouses, in-laws, and nephews over the years.
There are quiet memories when it was just the two of us soaking in a spectacular sunset. But, we have *so many* funny family stories collected from our adventures here that still make us laugh uncontrollably every time we tell them.
Kelly Greens has always been a landmark on our way to the beaches. We are so excited to say we now own a place here! There is just something different about this place, especially our own little corner of KG at Terrace V. Something that makes us take a deep breath and instantly feel a weight lifted off our shoulders. A good way to describe it is our bodies and minds just know they have arrived at our favorite place in the world, and go into vacation mode. There's no feeling like it!
We've done our very best to create this feeling for you, too. From the handpicked decor we agonized over, to the luxurious, plush couch and fluffy bed linens we tested out to make sure they are just right, we've made our unit into an oasis we think you'll love calling your home away from home.

The best way to describe this oasis is to take you on a little tour.
When you first walk in, you see our immaculate white kitchen filled with everything we think you'll need during your stay. You can enjoy cooking your meals and making use of our brand new stainless steel refrigerator, Green Pan set, glass top range, and dishwasher. We even have a few great cookbooks available so you can whip up something delicious. Our coffee maker gives you the choice of making regular brewed hot coffee, iced coffee, and also has an easy-to-use adapter for K-Cups for when you don't feel like cleaning the coffee pot.
You'll enjoy leisurely meals at our spacious dining table with padded chairs. We made sure it's big enough for dinner guests and game nights.
You'll see a big sectional couch for you to lounge on and a comfy swivel chair you can move around the room to accommodate company. You also have three Smart TVs in this unit, one with basic cable and all with the ability to connect to your streaming services.
The primary bedroom is decked out in earth tones with splashes of green and blue. This room boasts a king-size Beautyrest mattress. There's a large walk-in closet, a well-lit vanity, and a brand new glass door shower in the primary bath.
Down the hall is the preppy coastal-inspired guest room. This room has a cozy full bed with a twin trundle underneath. It doubles as an office space, complete with an adjustable height standing desk. The guest bath has a huge glass door shower.
Your screened-in lanai is furnished with two armchairs, two ottomans, and a seating bench with storage you can reconfigure for multiple seating options. One side faces a small tropical garden, and the other faces the golf course and lake. There are no lanais opposite yours, so you can enjoy your privacy!
Outdoors, you'll love the extensive paved walk/jog/bike pathways, tennis, pool & hot tub- all right here on the grounds. Learn about our optional golf & dining membership in the listing.
