LUGUNA DEL MAR BEACHFRONT LOCATION ON SEVEN MILE BEACH!!! Back door is on the SAND! Near everything: Marriott Resort, Camana Bay, Ritz Carlton, Westin Resort, Downtown George town. I super unit with easy access to everything.

Laguna Del Mar, Seven Mile Beach is located towards the southern end of the beach on a beautiful section of white sand with easy access to the Caribbean Sea and excellent snorkelling almost directly west of Camana Bay on the North Sound. Laguna Del Mar is so named because of the large lake featured on site, To the west is the swimming pool beyond which are twenty four beach front apartments. The internal apartments are also some of the most generous on the beach and provide a wider floor plan than is seen in most over complexes on Seven Mile Beach and an area of 2,600 sqft. The site also includes a spacious pool area with cabanas & grills a tennis court, and gym.

Amazing location. It is the closest I’ve seen any property to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Check in and out were easy. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants.

This unit was perfect for us. We were three senior couples - one in their 90's, who truly appreciated the accessibility of the unit. We were steps from the beautiful beach, pool area, and loading/unloading area. From the minute you opened the front door of this very spacious unit, you can see the amazing beach view. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were plenty of linens available. We enjoyed a very memorable vacation in this unit.

SMB Grand Cayman Perfect Location

I was a little skeptical when I booked our vacation due to lack of reviews but I am glad I took the chance. This condo was the perfect place for our family vacation. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms everyone had plenty of space to their own. The condo was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. Everything, including the grocery store was within walking distance. Everything was beautiful and well maintained. The pool and grounds were very nice. There was a large BBQ pit at the pool area where we cooked dinner one night. After reading so many posts about other places we decided this was definitely the perfect location for our family. The kids loved that they could just walk out the door and snorkel. The water was beautiful and calm everyday while we were there. Don’t hesitate to book this condo. If we do return in the future this would be our choice of places to stay again.

Based on VRBO photos: Nearly a dozen showing paddle boards with/in the condo, in the patio yet none were there to use. MANY photos of the beach with shrubs, bushes, small wall, and good distance to the ocean. There is no small wall, no plants, no extended beach. The building is less than 25-30 feet from the ocean. Half way to the ocean there is a large drop off. At the drop, every 8 to 10 feet, there are red signs/flags "DANGER" stuck in the sand. To warn people of the steep step down, or it is to warn people not to step on the cement rubble sticking out of the sand along the beach. (crumbled wall?) Also 30-40 yards in either direction, the sand beach completely disappears. In messages we pressed several times for the host's contact phone number in case something broke. Never got a number. His message reply was QUOTE: "You're not gonna have any issues." "All the appliances are brand new. If there was a problem there is a 90% plus chance its from the Tenant". First day, dishwasher sprayed water over the kitchen floor. We found a guy, Santo, working on-site on another condo. He worked on it. It leaked again the next day, said it was the seal. Santo's boss said would take some time to order/receive a new one. After two days Santo replaced the dish washer with a used one. It leaked. 6 people for 10 days no dish washer and it was NOT "90% plus chance its from the Tenant" There are great condos, with great beach and gracious hosts on 7 Mile Beach.. this is not one of them.
