Beautiful condo. The huge deck with solid railings was so perfect for our two children 9 months and 22 months. Feels like you're on the beach and part of the action at all times. The owners went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. Beach, Condo, Location all 5 star.

Vacation Time to Rest & Relax From The Hustle & Bustle of Atlanta GA !

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful Penthouse Condo last week! Everything about this oceanfront condo is First Class and the views from the porch/deck of 7 Mile Beach were spectacular. The condo had every amenity plus extra of whatever you could think of. It was wonderful that the place was cleaned daily - which was not what we expected - but certainly, appreciated. I would just mention to your guests that there is not an elevator - and it is 2 sets of steps - so pack light! When we have vacation time again - we will certainly check to see if our dates are open and book this beautiful place. Thank You - Helene & Steve - Atlanta GA

As Good as Advertised!

I do a lot of research before booking my vacations. I was drawn to this unit based upon the many positive reviews left by previous guest and of course the stunning photos. If possible the unit and the views are actually better in person. We were not disappointed. After having our flight delayed by over 8 hours, Judy the manager assigned to us for the week was more than happy to meet us at the unit at 9:30 at night, despite originally planning to be there at 1:30 in the afternoon. She showed us around and gave us all the info we needed. She was very responsive with the few questions we had during our stay.

As stated in many other reviews, the unit has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The beds were very comfortable and the space was updated and very clean. The patio is the best feature of the unit. Just being able to go out in the morning for a cup of coffee and some breakfast may have been our favorite part. The complex itself was very nice and well kept. The maintenance team was out at 6:30 every morning raking the beach and cleaning the chairs. The pool is larger than it looks in the photos and had very few people using it.

There are many places to go within walking distance. Caymana Bay is a 10 minute walk away and several restaurants are right across the street. It really is in the middle of Seven Mile Beach.

We are looking forward to returning to Grand Cayman and will definitely trying booking Carol's beautiful unit again. We highly recommend unit#131 at Regal Beach.

Absolutely beautiful views from balcony

Spent 10 nights in condo #131 in July 2018 with my family and another couple. Plenty of space in the condo and it didn't feel over crowded for the 7 of us. Views out to the beach before going out on the balcony were great! Once on the balcony it only got better! Property Manager for the unit was always helpful and responded right away to any requests/questions I had. The condo is as advertised. Red Sail Sports was right next door at the Marriott and we were able to reserve jet skis and kayaks all week long. Scheduled our trip to Stingray City with Red Sail and the Turtle Farm was a short public bus ride away. Food store was about a 1/2 mile up the road and it was easy to hail a taxi for the return trip with the groceries. Walks up the beach, time in the Caribbean Sea, and sunsets.....what more could I ask for! Thanks to the property owner Carol for being responsive to any follow-up questions I had once the trip was booked. Hope to be back again soon!

Beautiful condo, perfect location!

We had a great stay in Condo 131 at Regal Beach. It's lovely and has everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. The large balcony is the real gem here - we logged so many hours appreciating the amazing view. The Management team was great - made it all very easy for us. Highly recommended!

I accept payment through VRBO/HomeAway, PayPal, Debit/Credit card and Check/Bank transfer (if within the US).

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, 90 days prior to arrival for Christmas holiday bookings. Deposits are non-refundable.

Daily Maid service is provided (except Sundays and holidays) and again after check out.

A 13% Cayman Islands government tax applies to all rentals, plus service fee. Guests will also be charged for the CC fees which will be included in the total. The booking confirmation sent to you after reserving your dates will summarize your charges.
