3 Bedroom/2 Bath Oceanfront Condo

Our 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is beautiful!! We are original owners of this property and are happy to share it with you!!
If you have a large family or group and need more space, we have another condo next door! (vrbo # 428684) We can rent you one, or both condos. They each sleep 6 people.
We are located on Seven Mile Beach near many shops, restaurants, and activities. Our unit is on the second level, oceanfront!! Our huge porch is a perfect spot to have your morning coffee at sunrise, or watch the sailboats at sunset!
The master bedroom has a king size bed, tv with cable, beautiful built-ins and bathroom, and a large sliding glass door to the porch and views of the ocean and beach. The second and third bedrooms have a king size bed as well, and are close to the second bathroom. All mattress are top of the line and are made up with high quality linens, pillows and bedding. The living room also has a large sliding glass door to the porch. We have a spacious leather sectional and 65" Samsung flat screen smart tv with cable. The kitchen has plenty of pots/pans, utensils, and dishes. You will be able to cook and prepare food just as if you were in your own kitchen. We have a full size washer and dryer for you to use as well.
The snorkeling is great right out in front of the condo, which makes it very easy to get out into the ocean and explore the reef. There is a close parking lot for your rental car, or a bus stop on the main road at our complex if you want to catch a ride. There are many restaurants, dive shops, t-shirt shops, an art gallery, grocery store, medical clinic and pharmacy, spa, and much more with in 5-15 minutes walking.
Our condo complex, Sunset Cove Condos, is very private and quiet. The beach and pool area are monitored for private use of the guests and renters only. You will not have a problem getting R&R here! The sandy beach is large with plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas and very few people. Explore the cove and you will find fish to enjoy! Or, just float on a raft and have a little nap (this is what I like to do!) The cove is a perfect place for kids to snorkel, and have a safe, easy, shallow place to learn and get used to the ocean.
There is a nice, large pool with a hot tub, and also a baby/toddler pool. If you get hungry, swim up to the bar/restaurant and grab a snack. Or, start up one of the grills and have a cook out!
We want to welcome you to our home-away-from-home in Cayman. It truly is paradise!

Loved the condo. It was well stocked and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The beach area had great snorkeling around the rock enclosure. There was a good amount of beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool was large and having the swim up bar was a fun amenity. The location was convenient to a lot of restaurants and shopping. We had a great vacation.

Family Vacation

We stayed at the same resort last year and wanted to stay at the same one again since the kids liked the pool and we enjoyed the protected cove. The hosts were great with the condo supplied with some extra items that made the stay more enjoyable.

We enjoyed every minute at this condo it was beautiful. So close to shopping amazing restaurants. Stingray and Turtle Danctiatu is a must. Pool and beach area was beautiful. Definitely coming back!

This property was clean and had everything we needed. Ocean front view was perfect and we were just steps to the ocean! The beach was small and was rocky to the sides of the cove however there were very little people there so that was great! You cannot walk up the beach north which was a little disappointing but we could drive and park at Governor's beach and walk. We really liked the swim up pool bar "Lazy Lizard" after a full day of activities we could just sit at the bar order drinks, food and relax. The condo is a bit hard to find and parking is not the best. Overall we had a great time and it gave us the space we needed for our family. We would stay there again!

Spectacular Location

Everything about our stay in condo 202 was amazing. You won’t be disappointed booking this place on 7 Mile Beach. The ease of getting around the island made for a total relaxing, stress-free vacation. The on-site tiki bar had great food and beverages and was super convenient. We would stay here again and have already recommended Sunset Cove to friends that are planning a trip to Grand Cayman.

Absolutely loved this property! Stunning view of the beach, loved sitting out on the porch enjoying the view. Beach was wonderful with plenty of seating & umbrellas. Spring Break Vacation

This is our second time at Grand Caymans and Sunset Cove in the past 9 months so it’s safe to say we just love it.The property is great, wonderful pool and beach and a short walk to everything. This condo was perfect for 5 people, beautiful views from the balcony. If you are thinking of staying just go for it.

Steps from the water and the small cove made for perfect swimming with the option to swim out farther to find great snorkeling. Huge balcony with comfortable furniture. Full kitchen with all you need, lots of towels, comfortable beds. Would love to go back again!

Fabulous location on Seven Mile Beach. Spacious second floor balcony offers privacy with great beach, cove and sunset views. The condominium has been updated and well maintained. It has all cooking essentials for family meals and glassware for all occasions. Spacious closets and drawer space. Close to grocery stores, dive shop, pharmacy and refreshments. The host was accessible and very helpful. Parking was always available for our entire stay.Highly recommended. Would definitely be my first choice on return to Grand Cayman.

Amazing Views!

The condo was perfect! It was right on beach with amazing views, sunsets were beautiful. The beach was big, plenty of chairs. The swim up pool bar was great. My husband and I took our three adult children and one son-in-law. It had plenty of room for all of us. Owner was easy to communicate with and the condo had everything we needed and more. It was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here.

Fabulous week on this beautiful island

We loved our stay. The location was great and the condo was perfect for us. Very clean and comfortable. The unit had all we needed. We loved being on the second floor with the amazing views. We rented a car and explored every inch of the island. There was lots to do with our 3 teens. The pool was really nice and the complex never felt crowded at all. We tried several restaurants and loved them all. We loved the location and really got to experience everything.

Sunset Cove - great central location!!

Sunset Cove is located at a central spot on the island - at the beginning of 7 mile Beach. Walkable to Georgetown and Camana Bay. Driving to either end of the island is quick and easy. The property has a wonderful pool - large family pool, kiddie pool, and swim up lounge with great food and drinks. The beach is wonderful with a protected swimming area. We stayed in #202 - a second story unit on the water. The unit was very spacious, well-stocked, and beautifully decorated.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean, with comfortable beds. It was also furnished and stocked well. Being attached to the resort and full access to its amenities is a huge plus. Lagoon is perfect for a relaxing swim and fun for small children. We spent a lot of our time on the patio watching the cruise ships come and go. Great Oceanside view and confortable furniture. We were given great information before we arrived and access to the condo on arrival was a breeze. We strongly recommend a stay here and would love to return.

Our stay at Sunset Cove 202 was fabulous! The condo was larger than we expected and it's very large patio was awesome. Kitchen well stocked. Pump for inflatables was an added bonus. Bedding/towels perfect. LOVED its location. Best beach area. Would not want to be farther down on 7 mile beach where it is very crowded. Heidi was very quick to answer all questions before and during our stay. Stay here. You will not be disappointed.

5 star view

Sunset Cove exceeded our expectations. The condo was well equipped with comfy beds and bathrooms. My family of five had plenty of room and enjoyed walking back and forth between the cove and pool. Added bonus was the walking distance to many good restaurants or a quick drive to anything else we wanted to do. We had an AC issue upon arrival and Heidi had the tech there within the hour-on a Sunday! Super impressive! The main star was the huge balcony overlooking the Caribbean waters, we enjoyed morning coffee and cocktail hour watching the sunsets and boats. I can't stress enough how great this condo is for families so easy to navigate. We are all going through Cayman withdrawals.

Excellent stay at one of the best locations on Grand Cayman

Highly recommended! This is a 2nd floor oceanfront condo so there is a great view and privacy (compared to the first level) The place was very comfortable and the other guests were great: there were no loud parties and it was quiet at night. The location is superb since it is very close to restaurants, town and other attractions and it actually has a beach and protected swimming. There has been a lot of beach erosion nearby but it did not affect this condo. The hosts responded to questions quickly and check in and check out went smoothly. The bedding was comfortable and the A/C and fans worked well. The kitchen and laundry worked well too. I can barely think of anything to complain about. My wife and I and the other couple we went with consider this one of the nicest beach vacations we ever took!

We had an amazing week! The condo was very nice and comfortable and the location was perfect for us. The weather wasn’t great so we spent a lot more time in our room than we normally would. With 5 adults and a 2 year old, we were all still very comfortable and had a wonderful vacation.
