¡CADA 4TA NOCHE GRATIS! Ubicado directamente frente a East Harbor State Park y las playas. Dos condominios de nivel superior de nueva construcción en 2012 y dos condominios de nivel inferior de nueva construcción en 2019. ESTA UNIDAD ES UNA UNIDAD DE NIVEL SUPERIOR (UNIDAD B). Cada unidad tiene capacidad para 8 personas con 2 recámaras, 2 baños completos y atraque gratuito (hasta 35 'en bote). Las unidades superiores tienen una gran terraza con mosquitero y las unidades inferiores tienen patios de concreto y un césped con vista al hermoso West Harbor. El entorno se encuentra en un tranquilo puerto deportivo rodeado de vecindarios amigables y seguros, a poca distancia de restaurantes. Ideal para familias, amigos y grupos de pesca. ¡Cartas de pesca también disponibles justo afuera de tu puerta! Las unidades de nivel inferior son accesibles para discapacitados. La lavadora / secadora puede estar disponible según las unidades que reserve. También abriremos una nueva área de bar al aire libre frente al mar en la primavera de 2019 que será un escenario discreto con música en vivo ocasional. Anualmente, el sábado siguiente al 4 de julio, organizamos un "Harbor Bash" para el puerto deportivo y los barrios circundantes con bandas en vivo hasta las 5: 00-11: 00 pm. Great place and location

This condo was great for our short weekend. The pool area was fantastic for the kids and the live entertainment on the weekend was great to sit and listen to while having a drink on the water. The host were very accommodating. The bar/restaurant had great pizza. Definitely will be staying again.

Such a clean rental

We have rented several places over the years and this was by far the cleanest! Great location, pool right outside the door for the kids, live music over the weekend was fun. Great time!

This property was amazing. Bree was a great host, the place was very clean. It was a very lively, place to stay. There are many people of different ages. We were very impressed, and we would definitely stay again.

Nice and peaceful

Bree was so helpful and kind. We loved the areas. It was quiet and relaxing. The property was very clean and well taken care of. My only negative is that we had no idea we had the top unit. The bottom ones were so much nicer with water access and sitting areas. We bought food to grill and brought it home navies the area was so inviting. Jealous that we didn’t get the waterfront lower level for sure!

Sorry to hear that you were disappointed with not getting a lower level unit. However, you requested and booked an upper level unit which was the only remaining unit available at the time of your booking.. We have many people who prefer the upper level units for the better views and screened in decks so we never know which units are preferred unless people make a specific request. We would be happy to try to accommodate your preference in the future.

Nice Getaway

The location, neighborhood and views are amazing. Bree was very helpful with suggestions, and answered all our questions and requests on a timely manner. Beds were very comfy, and the unit (Upper) was very clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all you would need. Two Notes...It's advertised to sleep 8. It could technically do that, but we had 5 adults and an infant, and believe that would be the max to actually be comfortable inside. The units are on the smaller size. We had sunny, but chilly/windy weather, so were not able to use the outside area much. 2nd note...It is in a marina, and with us visiting at the first of October, and being the end of boating season, they were pulling and cleaning boats most of the 4 days we were there.. The boat hoist was right next to our unit, and they ran the pressure washers all day long. It was very loud. Luckily by around noon most days, we were leaving to explore the area. If you were planning on staying around all day, and hang out on the porch, it would have been quite annoying. I'm sure that would not be an issue all summer long. Just a heads up for September/October. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Perfect place for our boating weekend

Everything about the weekend went better than planned. The condo was just as expected but Bill went above and beyond to make our stay even better by all his help and suggestions. We will definitely be back!

Hard to find condo for fisherman

If you will be walleye fishing in June this is the place for you. Very good boat dock with electricity and ice available, close to Kellies Island. All facilities were clean and easy to use, Condo, Pool, etc Very close to grocery stores, bait shop, etc I would highly recommend this condo for your stay.

Lake Erie Getaway

We loved this property! The condo was right on the water at the Marina- we watched boats and wildlife while sipping our coffee in the morning on the large screened in porch (no bugs!) Very clean, had everything we needed for a long weekend. Pool was absolutely wonderful and so clean!!! Boon Docks bar was so lively with music each night- but could not hear any noise from inside the condo at all! People were so friendly! We will definitely be returning - and hope to book a few times a year. So much to do in the area!!

Great getaway.

It’s nice to be nearly surrounded by water. The property is beautiful, spacious and well furnished. Unfortunately it was cold and rainy for our visit. I hope we can return when the weather is better.

Happy Holidays!

Spent a few days at the lake for Thanksgiving. It was cold but nothing beats sitting and watching the snow come down on the water from the amazing views from this unit. Property owners were so friendly and helpful, they have created a true destination. Can’t wait to come back.

Absolutely Wonderful!

When I first walked into the condo that we were staying at I was pleasantly surprised!! Everything was so nice and clean. You can really tell that the owners really take care of their property. I couldn't stop smiling when I walked in. There is great view of the marina with a screened in porch. We enjoyed sitting our there. Everything that you would need to use is in the kitchen, all kitchen supplies were available to us. Overall, we loved this condo and we would stay here again! It's a great spot!!

Family time

The condo was wonderful. Everything was perfect and very clean. We were lucky enough to be the first folks to enjoy all brand new floors, cabinets and beds. The owners were extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Having a screened in porch was great in the evenings.

Harbor condo getaway

The location of the condo is perfect for those who love boating and a carefree get away. Our boat was docked steps away from our screened in porch that allowed us to be outside to eat and watch the harbor activity. The condo was nicely furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. It was nice to have our own washer and dryer since our stay was 10 days. The condo was CLEAN. I especially appreciated that there were cleaning supplies available so we could clean up after ourselves daily. Bree and her family were very welcoming and quickly responded to any questions. We definitely will return to West Harbor.

We are a husband and wife team, ages 50 & 48, who have lived in the area for 30 years and 48 years respectively. We have been in the marina business for 30+ years and the construction/development business for the past 22 years. We have built and sold (2) high-end condominium developments and are now updating this marina and these beautiful waterfront rental units.

We purchased this marina in April 2012 and are working feverishly to make it one of the nicest marinas in our area. We feel that this location is one of the best in our area given its proximity to East Harbor State Park, West Harbor channels, the Lake Erie Islands & Peninsulas, Cedar Point and the many shops and restaurants.

Our condo rentals have a breathtaking panoramic view of West Harbor and all of its boating activity. In addition, we offer a boat dock during your rental period at no extra cost. We have also added a low-key outdoor bar area overlooking our marina and public harbor. There may be occasional low-key live entertainment as part of this setting. We also have a "Harbor Bash" that is a large neighborhood parking lot party with live bands on the second Saturday in September. Please call with any questions prior to making your reservation.
