Cozy Lake Tahoe Condo très proche de la station de ski Heavenly (SL223SB)

Cette maison de ville récemment rénovée de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain est l'endroit idéal pour passer vos prochaines vacances. Il est idéalement situé dans le Tahoe Summit Village, à trois minutes en bas de la rue de ski de classe mondiale au Heavenly’s Boulder Lodge. Il est également à une courte distance en voiture des boutiques et de la vie nocturne de Stateline.

Cette maison est composée de trois niveaux. Le premier étage au niveau de la rue est un garage privé pour deux voitures. Vous entrez dans la maison au deuxième niveau, où vous trouverez la chambre principale isolée, la chambre 1. Cette immense chambre principale avec salle de bain complète dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une cheminée électrique et d'un balcon privé.

Le troisième étage est un salon spacieux au plafond voûté comprenant la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon parfaitement dimensionnés. Ici, vous pouvez profiter du foyer au gaz et de la télévision grand écran avec barre de son. Parfait pour une soirée confortable ensemble, ou un camp de base pour planifier les aventures de la journée. Cette zone s'ouvre sur un grand balcon et barbecue que cette unité partage avec son voisin. À cet étage, vous trouverez également la chambre 2 avec un lit queen et la chambre 3 avec un lit queen. Cet étage a une salle de bain complète.

Règles d'occupation:
1. Selon les règles du comté: les mariages ne sont PAS autorisés de quelque nature que ce soit, sur la propriété ou à la maison. Vous serez fermé immédiatement et perdrez le dépôt de garantie et vous serez passible de plus d'amendes.
2. Vous n'êtes autorisé à 10 personnes à tout moment à la maison. Cela inclut tous les dîners ou réunions que vous pourriez avoir. Il n'y a que 6 couchages dans les lits.
3. Parking: 4 voitures autorisées à la maison à tout moment. Il n'y a pas de stationnement dans la rue par comté et les règles de sécurité incendie. Le non-respect entraînera la perte du dépôt de garantie.
4. Aidez-nous à garder notre maison une location de vacances. ORDINANCE AU BRUIT de 22 h à 7 h tous les jours et est très stricte dans ce quartier.

Perfect Stay For Weekend

We had a 3 day weekend and wanted to bring the kids some place fun. This condo was the perfect place and location! Near Heaventy village and perfect beaches!

Great location, minutes from downtown. House was extremely clean, spacious and very peaceful, located in the woods. Host was very responsive, would definitely recommend this place. Only feedback would be to have better instructions for the trash as it was very confusing to find it

South Tahoe cabin

Overall, everything about the cabin was fine. However, the extra bedding was not clean, there was no ice or ice trays in the freezer. And the description of where to drop off our trash was incorrect (named the wrong street) so we had the find a friendly neighbor to help us.

Nice place close to Boulder

The property has a great location to Boulder ski mountain. Property was clean, nicely stocked and comfortable. The down stairs bedroom is extremely cold and could use a stand up heater and could use some updated cook ware as fry pans are pealing/stick other then that stay was great. Definitely would stay again. Wonderful, vacation!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well appointed accommodations. Couldn't definitely use new frying pans. There are about 9 in the house and all of them are warped or have the coating scratched off. Makes it hard to cook an egg or pancake. The rest of the house was nice.

Family Ski Trip

Great location for Heavenly Boulder lift. Place had everything we needed for 4 adults and two young children. Driveway is very steep which could be an issue if there is snow. That should be added to the description.

Nice summer stay

Booked this for a long weekend trip to Tahoe for our family. It was a nice condo with the basics. It was relaxing to be outside of town a bit to enjoy the quiet. There are two flights of narrow steep stairs to get to the main floor (3rd level) which were difficult to maneuver while carrying an infant carseat. Overall a nice rental though!

It is a okay place to stay!

The overall experience is okay the location is 15 minutes driving to the California lodge in heavenly! But there are couple places needs to improve: 1)lack of shampoo 2)cookwares need to replaced as all nonstick pans are scratched and cannot be used. 3) WiFi is not stable and slow, might need to reboot the router. I might not come back to stay!

Cabin

It was a nice condo tucked away, short distance to heavenly village and Safeway. The fireplace in the master room was a pleasant surprise. We came across a few stuff left behind by previous renter I believe, but it didn’t bother us. The kitchen was stocked very well with cookware. We will definitely come back, weather permitting.

Comfortable and convenient

Great location, just 2 minutes away from Boulder Lodge at Heavenly. Condo was comfortable and clean. Garage key code didn't work, but garage door openers were provided, so it wasn't an issue. The wifi intermittently disconnected devices every 10 minutes, which may pose an issue for remote workers, but speeds were decent (50 mbps+). Thanks for the stay!

Comfortable close to lift Chalet

We got entry information a couple days before arrival and were very pleased with the accommodations. Comfortable and clean. Spacious Master Bdrm with warm fireplace and view of snowy trees. Guest bedrooms are spacious with shared bthrm off kitchen and common area, also with warm fireplace. Stayed away from figuring out TV & speaker electronics. Shuttle goes by, dropped one of us off at house after a late ski day. Will come again!

Decent place to stay near Heavenly

It had all we needed. It was kept clean and nice. 3 bedrooms, each with a queen or king bed. 1 bathroom upstairs, with two bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room. There was a main bedroom with its own bathroom on the lower level. I guess the only thing I didn’t expect was the number of stairs to climb to the front door and then to the upper floor where everything is. That creates a nice view off the deck, but a lot of stairs. Overall a pretty nice place to stay close to trails and the little market.

Loved the location and the condo. Exactly what we were looking for.

Great property and a perfect location close to Boulder Lodge. My only complaints are 1) the code we were given for the garage doors didn't work. Luckily there were garage door openers inside the unit, and 2) the front door was extremely hard to open and close. Women in our group had difficulty opening and closing the door.

Remolded house just one major concern!

Location was awesome! The house seem like it was newly remodeled. I never received the house code to get in so, I had to call management company upon arrival. My one and only concern was that the sheets and the bathroom had hairs!!

Adequate stay

The location was really good ~2 mins to Heavenly Boulder and Stagecoach lodge and the property was clean, equipped and a decent size for 6 people. Didn't like that we had to carry the trash to a bin a block and a half away in the snow despite paying a cleaning fee. Fireplace wasn't working and management couldn't get someone out until ~5PM on our last day so we only got to use it for a few hours.

Great Location, Some Things Missing.

The location to Heavenly Ski Resort was awesome. Property itself for the price left some things to be desired. While it was very clean, cozy, and plenty of room for three adults, there were some things missing. The upstairs fireplace didn't work, there were no batteries in the TV remote, the downstairs sliding door did not lock, and there was no laundry detergent even though they advertised the washer and dryer. It would have also been nice to have a couple items on hand (soap, olive oil, etc) that we had to buy ourselves. Overall, a 7/10.

The overall property was welcoming and cozy, but when waking in there was a lot of noticeable dust and pollen giving our family a hard time. Another thing was the the TV wasn’t responding at all (the binder inside noted that there would be available channels to watch, which it didn’t) Over than those two the condo was in a great location and had everything it needed for our stay.

Superb Retreat for Tahoe

Property was terrific. Quick 4 min drive to Stagecoach lift. Easy to find. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. It includes a coffee maker, toaster oven and blender. There are a lot of steps up into the cabin (typical of Tahoe - if you plan to visit - be prepared for a lot of stairs!) The entry is a little tight but manageable. The driveway is steep!! Best to grab the door opener from inside and unpack in the garage. House was clean and well appointed. Two balconies are nice (we didn’t utilize them) - property manager is very responsive. The entire stay was great
