About this property

Skiers and sunset lovers

Our property is located on the top floor with an unobstructed panoramic view of Lake Tahoe. Sunsets to take your breath away. For skiers, walk 100 feet to the Ski Shuttle and you are on your way to Stagecoach or Boulder. You can actually walk down to the Boulder lift.
Recently renovated with brand new vinyl wood floors throughout. Updated master loft bathroom with large walk in shower with Carrara tile, upgraded sink, 2nd vanity area outside of bathroom to allow two people to get ready. Loft area has a Californian King bed and has been upgraded to have a sliding pocket door with open cut out for viewing during the day. At night there is an electronic rolling shade for complete privacy to sleep.
Downstairs kitchen has been upgraded with new stove/oven and refrigerator, pantry and fully stocked kitchen for cooking.
Living area has a beautiful wood table with benches on each side to seat six people. Enjoy the lake view while dining. Brand new sofa and 56 inch wide tv in living room area . Fire place to keep you warm and cozy in the winter.
Outside deck with a BBQ and seating to enjoy the beautiful morning sunrises or sunsets.
Downstairs bedroom has queen bed with tv and small nook area to relax in. Downstairs bathroom upgraded with new vanity and glass shower doors.
Unit is extremely quiet and very comfy. Laundry room just steps from the front door. Spa & Jacuzzi across the parking lot.
There is plenty of parking along with public transit to take you down the hill to all the casinos, shopping areas, lake beaches and more.
There is a small market and sports bar just down the hill from our unit. Enjoy the summer with many great outdoor concerts, bike rentals, paddle boarding, kayaking and hiking. Many areas to hike close by our unit.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure all heaters are off in bedrooms. Main room put on away mode.
Make sure to fold up outside chairs and table. Wrap with bungee cord. Very strong winds can blow them away.
BBQ please put cover back on. Leave note for cleaner that it has been used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet time begins at 9:00 pm until 8:00 am.
Ski and Snowboard boots must be taken off outside the unit. Ski and boards must be put up on the racks provided by the owner.
Cars must be moved every 24 hrs after a snow storm to allow snow plows to remove the snow in the parking lot.

We stayed here to ski at Heavenly for a few days and it was magical! The view from the condo was absolutely unreal. This place is such a hidden gem with such easy access to the lifts. The host was extremely responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to return a sweatshirt we accidentally forgot.

Peaceful place near the lake!

Everything was great, just as other reviews stated. It was close to everything but peaceful and quiet since it's away from the hustle bustle of the lake strip where the hotels and casinos are clustered. It has everything you need and more with a great store and restaurant right down the street. Beautiful full panoramic lake views too!!! Definitely would stay again and recommend it to others! Thanks for being great hosts!

What an amazing stay! We were 'snowed in' for a day or so and were very comfortable in this well-equipped condo. There wasn't anything missing - from olive oil to zip lock bags! The beds were very comfortable and the location was right up in Heavenly, great spot!

Cozy (in a good way) best for two or three people but four could stay for sure. Great view of the lake. The complex itself is kind of dated but we had no real issues. Well stocked kitchen.

I have been a vacation rental property manager for a property located in the La Jolla area of San Diego. I have been doing this for 4.5 years. I have received 4 & 5 star ratings since I started. Attention to detail, answering guest inquiries & questions in a timely manner and making sure the units are clean and fully stocked.
My husband and I have lived in San Diego all our lives. My husband is a Program Manager and has worked for the same company for 25 year. We have to adult sons one who live close and another who moved to Italy.
We have both been involved in The San Diego Council of Ski Clubs. I am the President and he is the treasurer. We oversee all our ski clubs in San Diego.
We love to travel and have been on many bike & barge trips, ski trips and now some adventure tours.
We have always loved the ocean, lake and the mountains. Lake Tahoe was our dream of having a second place that provided both summer and winter activities.

Why they chose this property

My husband & I fell in love with this property because of the outstanding unobstructed lake view. It is amazing to watch all the different sunsets overnight.
We also like the close location to the two of the ski lifts at Heavenly Stagecoach & Boulder. We can literally walk across the street and jump on the ski shuttle. You can being skiing in just minutes. No hassle with finding parking.
Our unit is quite and very cozy. Our condo complex is kept extremely well maintained. Pool and Jacuzzi across the parking lot.
You can drive down the hill in 5-10 minutes and be in the heart of the casinos, shopping and awesome restaurants. There are several Great Lake beaches and so many hiking and bike trails to enjoy.
Its a little piece of heaven from the hustle of our everyday lives.
We hope that you come away with that same feeling of being refreshed and happy.
