Tämä upouusi uusittu moderni rannikon ylellisyyttä koti sijaitsee kätevästi aivan rannan vieressä ja sillä on yksityinen pääsy rannalle! Sinun ei tapahdu takana 6 riviä tuoleja ja sateenvarjoja, jotka estävät näkemyksesi, voit olla edessä ja keskellä, jotta voit nauttia omasta yksityisestä rannastasi niin kuin odotat sen olevan!

Tässä tilavassa kahden tarinan kodeissa on 6 makuuhuonetta, 6 kylpyhuonetta, uusin gourmet-keittiö, tilava katettu parveke, jolta on näkymät rannalle ja Meksikonlahdelle. Siinä on myös suuri uima-allas, jossa voit istua ja kuulla edelleen aaltoja ja tuntea lämpimän kuilun tuulet! Tämä on vain yksi koti suoraan takaisin rannalta, joten perheelle ei voi olla helpompaa tai turvallisempaa.

Astu 1100 neliömetrin pelihuoneeseen ja valmistaudu hämmästymään! Täysin vuorovaikutteisessa huoneessa on LED-valaistus koko baarissa, Cask-pöydät ja tuolit biljardipöydällä, pingispöydällä, tikkataulu, Multi-Video-pelijärjestelmä Pac-Manilla, Galagalla ja muilla! Meren sininen lattia tuntuu siltä, että olet toisessa paikassa kokonaan merelle!
Käytä tätä aluetta hauskoihin perheiltoihin, kun olet koko päivän rannalla. Hauska ranta sisustus tarjoaa loistavan taustan valokuville ja hauskalle!

Se on lyhyt kävelymatka useisiin ravintoloihin ja vie venevesi taksilla moniin nähtävyyksiin, syvänmeren kalastuksen peruskirjoihin, Destin Harborwalk Village ja paljon muuta!

Se on 1 kilometrin ajomatkan päässä Intian bayou-golfkentältä ja vain 5 kilometrin päässä Sandestinin golfkentistä ja alueen monista maailmankuuluista kursseista. 5 minuutin päässä Destinin Harborwalk-kylästä, joka on Floridan suurimman charter-kalastuslaivaston koti ja monenlaisia vesiurheilulajeja ja kalastustoimintaa harjoittava keskus. Great home and location! Easy access to the beach and all of the amenities! Game room was awesome for the kids, teens and adults! Plenty of outdoor space, and the interior decor downstairs felt like a ship and dock!

This was perfect for our family of eight adults and nine kids ranging from 2-13. The beach was close, the pool gave another water option that was used every day, and the game room was great for all ages. If we had a question, Daniel answered immediately. Everyone loved it!

Retirement vacation

The house was beautiful! Partial ocean view. A little bust crossing the road. Busier than I usually like.. Difficult to cross the street. Beach was beautiful. White sands snd crystal clear water! We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay this past weekend at Captain's Quarters. The game room in particular was a great spot to watch college football and enjoy some pool + ping pong. Highly recommend to anyone vacationing to Destin.

We loved the house. The nautical theme was cute. The rooms were large. The game room was exceptional. The neighborhood was nice and fairly quiet. Loved the private beach! Would recommend to friends and family.

This is a perfect house for a large group! The game room is amazing and so is the large kitchen/ family room. One of the trundle beds can not be used which causes us to use the couch bed some I would definitely rent this again

Great Spot for a Big Group

We had an amazing time with our family. 16 People, Ages ranged from 70 to 9! Very nice set-up. Game room/Bar was great! We never felt like there was never enough room for all of us! Short walk to beach and short drive to all other surrounding beach towns. Highly Recommended!

Everything you need minus beach towels and a proper beach wagon. Commercial ice maker was a bonus x1000. Lawn furniture needs attention as a few are inoperable but we simply moved them out of the way.

Everything it claims to be, and more!

I stayed here with 7 of my adult nieces. The house had everything we needed - including coffee if we needed it. (I bought pods for the Keurig but to my surprise, there was a tub of ground coffee in the cupboard.) The bedrooms were clean and spacious, and so were the common areas. The rooms with the bunkbeds were warmer than the rest of the house. Otherwise, no complaints. Would definitely stay again!

Great place!

This was a wonderful house. We spent most of our time in the game room. Office managers were very responsive if we needed anything. Was a bit colder and didn’t get to use our heated pool… cold front came through and apparently was the coldest it’s been in over 30 years! Not their fault however.

Absolutely AMAZING

There really aren't enough good things for me to say about this home. We had 22 women staying for a girls weekend and everyone LOVED it. The details of everything were so awesome. It looked like a house that should have been on TV. The game room was a wonderful surprise that everyone thoroughly enjoyed. With 22 women we never felt like we were on top of each other and most importantly we never ran out of hot water! This is definitely a home we hope to visit again especially with our children!

Best short vacay ever!

Peaceful setting close to beach for those that wanted that, beautiful pool for us that preferred this option, nice shady veranda to sit and rock away your cares. The home is beautiful and the rooms so comfortable! The atmosphere in the house is fun and on point and the game room was a hit for all of us. My daughter won ping pong, but I beat her at pool!! Cannot say enough good things. I'm hoping we can stay here again, maybe before school starts back, but if not... definitely soon! Thank you for sharing your property. I really needed a break and this fit the bill!

Fabulous House

Clean, roomy, beachy....everything we wanted for our vacation. Convenient to the beach with an easy walk. We LOVED the game room, which was soundproof from the rest of the house and a perfect evening retreat after putting the babies to bed. Clean pool, lots of beach stuff, big yard for games and dogs. Bring some of your own big skillets or pans (there was only one 9x13) if you intend to cook big meals. They only had big pots. The appliances were all very nice in the kitchen and the laundry room. If you have babies that need their own dark rooms, a small pack 'n play will just fit in some of the bathrooms. Definitely recommend this house!

Overall a wonderful experience. A lot more stairs than expected. It’s actually 3 levels due to the game room. It’s an older home but decorated wonderfully. The game room is great. The kids really enjoyed it. There are trundle beds in both bunk rooms but one can’t be used due to the ladder on another bunk. The bunk rooms share a bathroom and one of the king suites bathroom is actually a hall bath. For our group this wasn’t a problem but would be if you need 4 king suites with en-suite baths My only real negative is that you can’t see or get to the pool from inside the house, You have to go outside and through a gate to access the pool. Overall a great house and great location!!

Lovely Trip! As close to perfect as we had hoped!

Once again Destin Luxury Beach Rentals helped us have an amazing family trip! Captain's Quarters was quite a treat for the adults & children. With 6 adults and 7 children, we are a difficult group to please....but this home was close to perfect for us. Close enough to the beach and close to everything in town you would need. The kids were kept busy & entertained all day between the pool, game room & beach. We actually experienced 2 storm days during our trip, but no one missed a beat because they were all so excited to spend those days playing in the game room. We LOVE LOVE LOVE the Destin white sand beach but also enjoy having a pool at the home for the kids to swim and get out of the sand & ocean water. The home is well built & decorated beautifully - hard to even hear the kids on different levels of the home. You will definitely feel you are at a luxury beach home. Cannot say enough about the team at Destin Luxury Beach Rentals - Jordan, Justin & Andrea answered all our questions and quickly fixed any issue we came across. We appreciate this family run business because we can actually talk to and connect with real people -before, during & after our stay. In this day in age, we place an extremely high value on top notch personal service & we have always received the best from this group. Already planning our next trip to Destin!!

Thanksgiving Week 2022

Booking this house was easy. Daniel with 850 Vacations was super nice. Didn't need to call management during our stay. The house is great. Very clean and equip. Plenty of towels. For those traveling light: There are small shampoos, conditioners, body wash, and lotion in all the bathrooms. There are about 12 beach chairs, 7 umbrella's, 2 beach wagons, sand toys, 2 boogie boards, and some pool floats in the closet. Will know better next time, so I don't have to travel with my beach chairs and umbrella's. There are 2 refrigerators and 1 wine frig. Very helpful for all our food and drinks. Close to so much. We ate at AJ's and McGuire's, so I recommend those places. Short walk to the private beach. Beautiful white sand and clear gulf water. Game room was a blast, had so much fun in there. Paid extra to heat the pool, which was at 90 degrees - super nice. Beds were comfortable (you don't always get that out of a rental house). The only thing was that 2 of the bedrooms got super hot over night, even with the air conditioner on. (Vents were open). Would definitely stay there again!!!!

50th BDAY Celebration

I came with my best friends and two of my sisters to celebrate those of us that turned 50 this year. The house was beautiful, very clean and a very small walk to the beach. We loved the game room and really enjoyed that we each had our own bathrooms in our rooms and let's not forget the huge king beds. The house was worth the price we paid as we had more than enough space, a pool, huge living room and open kitchen. Absolutely loved our time here!!
