Welcome to Unit 311, "Permit," a spacious, comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo situated on the first floor. This unit features a bright living area with a Caribbean flair and traditional mahogany accents.


Optimal Location & Access: Being on the first floor (raised ground level), Unit 311 is just steps away from the infinity pool, hot tub, beach, and private pier. It provides the easiest, most direct access to all community amenities in the building.


Exclusive Features: 'Permit' offers even more to its guests with private kayaks (two one-seater and one two-seater) for your personal use, along with complimentary fishing rods—no need to share! The living area features comfortable bamboo sofas and a Queen-size Murphy Bed to accommodate two extra guests.


Unit Features: The full kitchen has granite countertops and modern stainless-steel appliances. The unit includes new, high-efficiency AC units, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a convenient in-unit washer/dryer.


Access Note: This property is on the first floor but is raised above ground level and requires the use of 6 steps to access it, making the property unsuitable for wheelchair users.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 6):

• Master Bedroom: King Bed with private veranda access.

• Guest Bedroom 2: Queen Bed.

Great location, property and host. The property was large, comfortable and well equipped. All questions were answered in a very timely and friendly manner. Fantastic stay!

My husband and two children stayed at this property during the last half of our Belize trip. The condo is exactly as shown, very clean, extremely well stocked and comfortable. The pool area was small but very clean and the dock set up with lounge chairs allowed for a nice option to relax by the ocean. The best part of this condo was the responsiveness and assistance from Herbert. Check-in was seamless, and he answered any questions we had almost immediately. The AC unit in one of the bedrooms was making a high pitch rattling when we arrived and after notification Herbert had techs onsite to fix promptly. Placencia was a quiet little village that felt safe and was easy to get around on a rented golf cart. I would recommended this condo to people visiting Belize.
