Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

We are Rotarians! Long marriage, 5 children, 8 grandchildren. We farm organic blueberries under the Rhythm and Blueberry label. We locally roast premium coffee under the Seasons Coffee Label. We farm conventional winegrapes, all the fighting varietals, and we manage our own vacation properties. Our children are involved in our family businesses.

Why Sherry & Joe chose Incline Village
This place is so fun! It's a family favorite. We've furnished it well, but durably so it's totally family friendly. Two blocks to the beach, close to Incline dining and shopping, 1/2 mile from the Hyatt (the premier wedding venue on the North Shore of Tahoe), and the complimentary ski shuttle stops right at the driveway entrance. We love Incline Village, any season of the year.
What makes this Condo unique
Besides the beach, the complex has a Rec Center, hot tub, sauna and pool just steps from our condo. Kitchen fully stocked, comphy new bamboo matresses, fresh linens, clean and cozy home. Wood burning fireplace and cable TV, as well as high speed internet in our newly remodeled home.
