Casa Ensenada Isla Mujeres is situated next to the Caribbean Sea, surrounded by protected mangroves and abundant wildlife. We are a full-service property, which includes daily maid & concierge services & on-site personnel to anticipate your every need. The property was built with your comfort, relaxation and peace of mind as priority. By renting the entire house, you will enjoy all of the amenities of the lower levels, plus the stunning views from the third level apartment. The upstairs apartment has ocean views in every room, including a large terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea and island. Renting the entire house is an exclusive experience, being that it is only available select dates of the year. This listing is for levels 1, 2 and 3.

GUEST LIMIT:
• There are 13 guest sleeping spaces in beds - with our extra sleeping arrangements, up to 15 guests can comfortably occupy the home. Both children and adults are included in this total.

LEVEL ONE:
• The first floor of the home has a fully equipped chef's kitchen with quartz countertops, an industrial-sized refrigerator, a gas oven and range, as well as an electric oven and all of the appliances and cooking equipment that you might need to prepare your meals or hire our house chef to do so for you. There is an eat in kitchen table for four and a ten person dining room table. Our TV room off of the living room is a popular spot for the kids, while the adults are socializing in the common spaces. This space has a Smart TV, DVD player and a Bluetooth Sound Bar.

• The first floor patio has a beautiful heated salt water pool with LED lighting system and waterfall fountain, an outdoor dining table, living area and a gate to the protected mangrove forest. We have a full bathroom at the front of the house with a rainfall shower to wash off your sandy feet, before heading back into the house.

• The first floor of the home has a beautiful guest bedroom with a king-sized bed, private bathroom, Smart TV and large closet. This bedroom can be used for anyone that has problems with going up stairs, since the home has a wheelchair accessible ramp connected to the front staircase. Every bedroom in the home has a Smart TV, closet & large safe that fits most laptops, for your convenience.

LEVEL TWO:
• The second floor of Casa Ensenada has 3 suites with private bathrooms. In the TV / Living area outside of the three suites, there is a blue couch that pulls out into a full sofa bed for extra sleeping space.

• The master suite has a king-sized canopy bed and a balcony with a hanging swing chair, two additional outdoor seating chairs and a small table to place your morning coffee or tea while listening to the sounds of the nearby ocean. There is a children's suite with a custom bunk-bed that has a full-sized mattress on bottom and an individual bunk on top. The bathroom in the kid's suite has a bathtub for the little ones, a large closet with toys and games, and books for bedtime stories. The third bedroom on this floor is a guest suite with a queen-size bed.

LEVEL THREE:
• The Penthouse Apartment has beautiful ocean views in every room. In addition, there is a spacious terrace to watch the sunrise over the Caribbean, or the sun setting over the island. On the terrace there is patio furniture, a high rise table for four and a jetted bathtub where you can relax with a view. This unit has its own private entrance as well as a connecting door between the third and second floor, that is open when the entire house is rented together.

• The apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen, including a gas oven and range, and all of the appliances and cooking equipment that you may need. There is an eat- in kitchen table for four people, as well as a living / dining area with a six person dining room table, large wrap around couch and a Smart TV.

• The master suite has a private bathroom, large closet, smart TV and access to the spacious ocean view terrace. The guest suite also has its own private bathroom, closet, smart TV and a desk. A unique feature of third level apartment is the private washer & dryer, access to a printer, and the desk in the guest suite, for anyone who may need a work space while on their trip.

• Daily Cleaning & On-site Staff: There to lend a hand and make your vacation as relaxing as possible. We can help with anything, such as errand running for snacks & beverages, grocery shopping, ordering taxis to the home, local recommendations, and even complementary laundry service!

* Beach Equipment: Beach gear is available such as beach towels, umbrellas & chairs, snorkel gear, bodyboards, sand toys, and coolers to name a few options! (seasonal & weather permitting)

• Our friendly concierge lives locally on the island to help you plan the perfect, stress-free vacation and ensure your every desire has been anticipated. Let us pre-stock your fridge with your favorite drinks and snacks, arrange a golf cart to be delivered to the home, plan an excursion out on the water (sunset cruises, snorkeling, fishing & more!), arrange a special request such as fresh flowers, champagne welcome or birthday cakes and help with restaurant recommendations based on your preferences.

BEACH & OCEAN ACCESS:
• Our home is situated on an inlet on the Caribbean side of Isla Mujeres. The ocean & beach below can be reached by a wooden stair ladder, followed by a descending path through the island rock. Since our house is on a cliff, there is a decline to go down to the water, and an incline to come back up. While the swim-ability of the ocean below is weather permitting and the size of the beach is seasonal, the views are always stunning.

• Starting around March until mid September, there are sandy areas to set up our beach items. Don’t forget, we have a complimentary beach set-up service available during your stay! When the water is calm, you may go swimming or wade through the water and is excellent for those who are more adventurous, or enjoy snorkeling.

• Although it may be too rocky for children to go swimming, it is still a magical experience, as they can enjoy playing in the sand with our sand toys, splash on the shoreline, or hunt for shells and sea glass.

• From October to February, the beach recedes on this side of the island. When heavy rain, wind or Nortes, a strong, cool northern wind, is passing through, it may not be safe to go down to the water because of the strong waves and rocky areas that wash away walkable beaches. Be sure to check the rocks after a storm, as that's when all the true treasures are washed to shore. Only the public beaches downtown have lifeguards, so it is never recommended to go out too far. We also recommend packing & wearing water shoes.
