Two bedroom condo with bunk room with door. Located on 14th floor in the center section of this beautiful resort giving you a view out over the pool to the Gulf of Mexico. There are tiki bars at the pool serving food and beverages.

Other resort amenities include an indoor pool and spa, sauna & steam room, a fitness center, movies at the pool in the summer, wireless internet access in the lobby and pool areas, exotic tropical landscaping and Pineapple Willy's is right next door.

The condo has an upgraded kitchen with granite counter tops, 9' ceilings, tile in living areas and bathrooms and high-speed internet access. There is also a reserves space in the parking garage attached to building. Bedrooms have a king bed in the master and a queen bed in the guest bedroom. The bunk beds are twin size.

great property! Phil was great to work with as an owner. Condo was real nice, can almost be considered a three bedroom. the bunk beds where in there own (small room) but also had a half bath. view of the property and ocean was fantastic, we did go spring break very busy but always chairs available at pool, worst thing was the wait for the elevators during peak times.

will be going back!

Great condo

The owner made booking their condo very easy with a hassle-free check-in and move-in process. The condo was clean, nicely furnished, with the best equipped kitchen we've had in a long time. The beach and pool are fabulous and the location is great. We were there during spring break so it was noisy (or festive, depending on your point of view) and the elevators were often crowded but everyone we encountered was friendly and patient.

Great owner, great stay

This is a very comfortable condo. We definitely enjoyed our stay here. It's nice to deal with the owner directly versus a management company. He cares for his condo and the guests who stay there. If you have a question, you can be sure to get an answer. It's was a nice bonus to have a door on the bunkroom- the teenagers liked sleeping in and not getting bothered by the toddlers early in the morning.

A Pleasant Surprise

I want to start off by saying I'm very picky so I was a little concerned renting this condo without pictures of all the rooms. Normally I wouldn't rent it without seeing it, but the price was right and Phil returned my email very timely. I wish that I had taken pictures of the condo before we settled in. It was beautiful and so tastefully decorated (that is important to me even though it probably shouldn't be). Most importantly is was spotless (remember I'm picky!) so I let out a sigh of relief as we settled in.

Phil, the owner, was extremely accommodating. I had changes to our arrival date/time and he quickly accommodated my request. If I needed anything, he always immediately responded to my messages. I have absolutely no complaints about our stay.

The view was beautiful and we had everything we needed in this condo for our week long stay. I cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had a total of six in our party. Two adults in the master bedroom with the king bed, two teenage girls in the spare bedroom with a queen bed and two teenage girls in the bunk room. It was really nice that all the rooms had a bath off of them. The bunk room has a 1/2 bath so it was nice that the younger girls could get ready in their own bath or use it in the middle of the night without having to go into the other rooms.

If you are considering renting this condo, I say rent it! Phil's rental price was extremely reasonable compared to others at SOP. You will have a hard time finding the amenities that this resort offers at another resort on Panama City Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning to return to this condo again.

Summer of 2012 Review: We'd recommend to any of our friends & family! Thanks for sharing it with us!

My husband and I came down for the week with friends- another couple and two other adult males. So, we had 6 adults (no kids) all together, and we had plenty of room! 


Both the master and guest bedrooms had nice, quilted bedding, which is a nice upgrade over the cheap comforters that often look great in pictures but end up being scratchy and uncomfortable.  The beds are comfortable and the bedding is nice and soft. The master and guest room had plenty of storage spaces: large closets and dresser drawer space.  Although the bunk room is obviously meant for kids, it worked out just fine for the two single guys (they are brothers) to use the bottom bunk for their suitcases and one slept on the top bunk and the other on the sofa.  


The master bathroom was spacious with drawers for storage space.  The guest bathroom was of ample size as well.  It also houses the washer/dryer combo. The half bath in the bunkroom was perfect for them to use the restroom in the middle of the night and to shave/brush teeth.  We used the bunk room a bit unconventionally since adults stayed in it, but it worked well for our needs.  I think it would really be perfect for kids/teens. 


The kitchen really has everything you need.  It's a little bit small, but we only used it for breakfast and lunch.  The toaster oven was perfect for baking those little cheap pizzas and bagels, and the blender made excellent drinks!! Opening the drawers to find the same utensils we have at home was really convenient.  A family might miss a dining room table, but the bar and barstools worked perfect for us.

The floors in the common rooms are tile and easy to keep clean.  There is a vacuum and other cleaning supplies to make keeping the sand out relatively easy.   In fact, the entire condo is clean.  

We really liked that the condo wasn't so immaculate that we felt out of place; it was just really homey, so it was easy to respect that it is someone's second home and we were welcome guests there.  The free wireless Internet was another "comfort of home."  Keep in mind that I traveled with 4 guys in their early thirties, so their only compliant was that they needed a bigger tv in the living room. The girls encouraged them to forget baseball and look slightly to their right to see the gorgeous views from this condo!
