JC's Cozy Getaway is home away from home

The property is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, within a few minutes to Country Side Shopping Center and 12 minutes to town and the airport. 3 minutes to the Spotts Beach and 1 minute walk to the bus stop.

You will have your own private king bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The room is equipped with WIFI, air conditioning, smart TV and workstation. You will also have access to the kitchen and washer and dryer.

My place is good for couples and single persons, but also suitable for small families.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The room for rent on the website has Jc's cozy room, the room was all that and more.

The Lawrence's made me feel like family, they were very pleasant people. The room I rented was extremely clean, they live close to the beaches, grocery stores and entertainment. I would definitely rent and recommend their place again.... I

Clean, comfortable, affordable!

Perfect place a couple of minutes’ drive to a shopping plaza (grocery store, bank, liquor store, hair salon, etc), very close to Spotts beach, and 15-minute drive to Georgetown. Hosts Joshua and Carlene are wonderful.

Awesome place to stay

The owners are extremely friendly. They treated us like family not renters. They give the nicest biggest room to the renters. They let us use the washer and dryer. We had use of the kitchen as well. We cooked and ate some dinners together and talked. The house was always very clean. They owners are always very quiet. The bed was so comfortable I had to force myself to get up and go do things. The location is in the middle of the cayman islands which was perfect. We didnt have to drive to far to get to anything being in the middle. I would highly recommend staying here. Clean, quiet , comfortable, full amenities, super friendly hosts, best price on a rental on the island.
