Questo affascinante allevatore è disponibile per la prima volta come affitto estivo! Vieni a fare ricordi nello spazio accogliente e rilassante. Goditi questa casa rifatta su un grande terreno perfetto per i giochi familiari di kickball e tag dopo una divertente giornata in spiaggia. Questa casa può ospitare comodamente 8 persone. Ha una cucina fornita, una zona pranzo e un soggiorno con 4 camere da letto e 1 bagno completo. Non forniamo asciugamani o lenzuola.
Questa casa è a pochi passi dal Parco dei Veterani ed è lontano dal trambusto della città.
Siamo estremamente vicini al percorso di Pony Parade - facile passeggiata per chiunque, anche ai più piccoli - e al pony penning.
Siamo di fronte anche a Tom's Cove Park, perfetto se stai partecipando a uno dei festival di pesce!
Il Brass Crab è concepito pensando alle famiglie con spazi adatti ai bambini, letti a castello e posti all'aperto dove giocare, ma può facilmente lavorare anche per 3 coppie.

Le camere matrimoniali si trovano sul lato est della casa, le altre due camere da letto sono a ovest. Lo spazio abitativo principale si trova nel mezzo delle 4 camere da letto. Tutte le camere sono dotate di produttori di rumore bianco e 3 dei 4 hanno tende oscuranti.
Tutte le stanze hanno spazio per un gioco da ragazzi. Un pacchetto, un seggiolone portatile e un fasciatoio per pannolini sono tutti disponibili nell'armadio a castello.
C'è 1 TV nel soggiorno e internet via cavo wireless.
Nell'autunno 2019 sarà installato un vialetto, una passerella e uno spazio nel patio di roccia. Seguiranno le foto.
C'è un ampio parcheggio qui, compreso lo spazio per la tua barca. Questo è un lotto di 3/4 acri con un ampio cortile. Ti chiediamo solo di parcheggiare a sinistra della casa per evitare le settiche.

Fantastic stay

This is the 2nd time we rented, just as good as the 1st time - clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. We love the backyard!!!! Perfect property!

Wonderful Beach House for (multigenerational) Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our time on the Island at the Brass Crab and are looking forward to booking the house again in the future! The owner is wonderful and kind and answered any questions that I had. Everything was very nice, clean and comfortable. The parking was great and the fenced in back yard was wonderful as well. So many nice little details were included in the house that made the trip even better. Thanks again so much for everything!

Exactly what we were looking for

I stayed at the Brass Crab with 7 friends and we had an excellent stay. The property was in great shape and we got great use out of the huge backyard. There was plenty of space and the location was convenient to everything on the island.

As perfect as it gets

It was our family vacation and we loved the house. It is charming, inviting, so easy to live in. Kitchen has anything you would ever need, and who can beat comfortable mattresses and blackout curtains at night. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the outdoor shower and the yard for the kids, and all the little touch throughout the house that made us feel like home. Thank you to our host for a wonderful stay. Pony Swim Week

The house was lovely. Everything as advertised. It was close to Pony Swim lane, so we were able to walk over to watch the ponies swim and march from there to the fairgrounds. The back yard was great, too. Lots of space for kids to run around as well as a great picnic set up.

this house is well appointed, well located, well cared for. The property is quite large. although we were only three people, it seems like it could fit many more.

Home away from home!

This is our fourth year at the Brass Crab and we'd never stay anywhere else. It really is like being home but on vacation. The house is adorable, clean, and well-appointed with everything from fans to extra pillows to rainy-day games. We made s'mores by the fire pit and visited the beautiful beach every day. A wonderful experience as always.

Birthday weekend

Overall the space was great. With the money and fees paid, the beds should be made upon arrival. Also more towels for the kitchen area would be helpful. It was a lovely stay

Beautiful home

This was by far the best property we have stayed in with VRBO. The place was super clean, stocked, and the owners couldn’t be kinder or more responsive. The location is also close to everything. We will be back , thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great getaway

We loved the quaint charm of the home combined with the convenience to the local attractions. We were there to enjoy hiking, ponies, and time with friends, and this residence was a perfect accommodation for us. The host communication was timely and accurate in all accounts. We had More privacy than a hotel, more convenient for together times, a nice backyard to enjoy a fire pit, a barbecue, a toss of a ball with the kids, or a glass of wine at sunset. We loved our stay. Thanks ! One and only low note was that we couldn’t find a find a pen anywhere to sign the cute guest register, LOL! We will catch it next time but I promise we have only good memories of our stay. :-)

A lovely little spring break!

I had visited Chincoteague with college friends years ago & when we were thinking about a place for a short stay while kids had off for Easter break, looked into it. A lovely home, fit us perfectly and location was great! The house had everything we would have needed -we didn’t cook but everything was there if we had ;) Loved the sound machines and room darkening shades- usually an issue with some rentals. Games were a plus too! Highly recommend this sweet home!

Very comfortable with great outdoor space!

The house was very clean and nicely equipped with everything we needed. Although it was too cold to be outside much, the yard is huge and would be wonderful to spend time in during warmer weather. We could have easily had twice the number of people, but the four of us enjoyed the extra space. Great collection of extra books and games! The location was convenient for driving to the Nature Refuge and boat tour starting point.

Lovely property!

Four friends spending a few days on the coast. The house was perfect as we each had our own room, and the rooms are spacious. One room had its own bathroom which was a bonus! We really appreciated the thought that went into all the items the house had stocked for the kitchen. We even found extra batteries for the clock and TV remote. We didn't have children in our party, but it looks like it is well thought out for them as well. Thank you!

Girls' Trip

We had a great time at the Brass Crab!! The house was just as described. I was a little nervous that it would be too small for our group of 8; however, that wasn't at all the case. The layout of the home worked well with the bedrooms in the corners of the home and the common areas in the middle. The outdoor area was perfect to enjoy the nice October weather, and the outdoor shower was wonderful. The beds were comfortable although I do recommend bringing your own pillows as the ones provided were very thin. We went to Oyster Festival, which was held at Tom's Cove Park, and were able to walk, which was a huge benefit to us. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to visit the island, especially if you'll be attending any events at Tom's Cove Park. I didn't interact with the owner during our stay as there was no reason to - all detailed information provided in the check-in instructions were accurate, there was a list on the fridge that had additional information, and the house was as promised. I did exchange a few emails shortly after booking; my questions were immediately and clearly answered. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I find myself back in the area!

Great house, great town

We had so much fun! The house had plenty of space and was so well appointed. Right down the road from Beebe Ranch. Owner was responsive and very kind. The locals in this town are the best!! Our children had a great time and my friend and I did as well. We will be back!

Brass crab

Owner needs to make sure Wi-Fi password and network are prominently posted. We had to call owner. Also there was only one remote for tv and should have been two. We made it work

Brass Crab

It was a great experience. The kids had a great yard to play in. Everything is there you would need to get started. I would suggest some dish towels, plastic containers with tops to put food in. Get a new vacuum! Really enjoyed it.

We love the quiet low-key local feel of Chincoteague. We wanted a one level home with plenty of bedrooms. Also we are huge Island Creamery fans, we are working our way through the whole flavor list!

Its a rancher with a HUGE yard. We can't wait to hear about various family memories in our Log Book. We hope you read it when you enter, we love seeing your memories there and read it each time we visit.
