Sublime luxury apartment, comfortable and bright, completely redone and imagined by an interior designer. My property is ideally located in the heart of "Vieux Lyon", the historic district of Lyon. Direct access to the Presqu'île, Cordeliers, famous "bouchon" restaurants, bakeries, St Jean's Cathedral, metro, River Saône quayside ...

My apartment is 31m2, on the 2nd floor of a typical old building of "Vieux Lyon", secured and without lift. It is composed as follows:

- Living room: sofa bed, flat screen TV, wifi internet box, high table to eat with 4 high stools.
- Open kitchen: Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washer, kitchen utensils, crockery, spices (salt, pepper) etc...
- Bedroom: one double bed 140x190, sheets are provided.
- Bathroom: shower, hairdryer, WC, towels and soap kit per person also provided.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

Vieux Lyon sits on the River Saône quayside, overlooked by Renaissance-era mansions with hidden courtyards. The area consists of three distinct sections: Saint Jean, Saint Paul and Saint Georges.

Saint-Jean, built around the Saint-Jean Cathedral, is the beating heart of the district and hosts numerous shops and restaurants. One of the most prestigious renaissance building is the Gadagne Museum, the City's History Museum, and the International Puppet Museum.

Saint-Georges to the south is a haven of peace and the best place for a stroll.

Museum of Cinema Miniature (3 mins way) showcases scale models by miniaturist Dan Ohlmann. Hilly, medieval streets lead to fine-dining restaurants and stylish bars selling Beaujolais wines.

Also, you can take the funicular (next to the metro) to climb up to the sublime Basilica of Fourvière and admire a breathtaking view of Lyon.

In the north, the Saint-Paul district is known for its many lively cafes and theatres.

The closest metro stop to the apartment is Vieux Lyon, line D

To go to :
• Part Dieu: Metro D, stop Saxe Gambetta, then metro B stop Part Dieu.
• Bellecour: Metro D, Bellecour stop or 10 min walk
• City Hall: C3, Terreaux stop or 10 min walk
• Confluence: BUS 31 to take to Passerelle Palais de Justice, stop Perrache. Then Tram T1, stop Hôtel de Région Montrochet
• Parc de la Tête d'Or: BUS 27 to take in front of the metro Vieux Lyon, stop Duquesne-Tête d'Or

Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
