Luxury Barefoot Resort Townhome

Professionally decorated, beautifully appointed town home in desirable Clearwater Bay Community in gorgeous Barefoot Resort, within a five minute drive from the beach. Guests 25 and older or families welcomed.

Enjoy a gourmet kitchen, open floor plan, gas fireplace and two seating areas including a second floor loft and outdoor entertaining with a private courtyard.

Find pleasure in this open, airy floor plan that boasts a fireplace, vaulted ceiling, beautiful hickory hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite counters and all the amenities you will need to enjoy your beach or golf vacation. The Master Suite, a guest bedroom and an additional full bath are on the first floor along with access to the private patio and second floor with a large loft open to the floor below. The second floor offers another full bath as well as a bedroom with a lovely queen bed and another room with two twin beds and plenty of closet space.

On top of this lovely living space, Clearwater Bay offers a luxurious pool as well as access to 4 championship golf courses, a driving range, walkable sidewalks, restaurants, the Barefoot Landing shopping, dining and entertainment complex and much more. There's also a free shuttle service in season from our community to the beach.

Tremendous Time!

Great time and place for family vacation! Very comfortable residence. Located straight across the street from the pool which was wonderful. Beautiful and peaceful community.

Best rental ever

My family and I stayed here for a week and it was by far the best rental experience ever. The property is very spacious and has everything the listing described. The owners were sweet and very helpful. We will be looking to stay here again next year.

Beautiful Townhome

Beautifully decorated townhome is exactly as described. Excellent location, spacious, quiet neighborhood and directly across from the pool is a plus. The Barefoot area has a lot to offer with fabulous restaurants and things to do in close proximity. Our family has stayed in this property multiple times and love vacationing here.

Our home away from home

Place is as described on Vrbo. The whole family had an awesome stay. It is in a quiet and posh neighborhood. Beach is not that far away and is an easy drive to all the major tourist destinations like Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade. I highly recommend this place to anybody and if we ever visit North Myrtle Beach again we would definitely be on the lookout for their listing.

Taisha's Clearwater Bay is a Must Stay! :-)

My family of 6(4 adults and 2 kids) throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We found it to be ideal and met all of our needs. The open floor plan was comfortable and conducive for family fun, yet it provided everyone their own individual space to relax. The loft area was definitely a bonus and my son used this area to watch TV and play video games. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and in a prime location. My 11 year old son loved being directly across the street from the community pool. My husband and father loved the proximity of the golf course and my mom and I loved being so close to shopping. We all enjoyed being so close to the beach and North Myrtle's nightlife. Taisha was an extraordinary host. She was extremely responsive and wanted to make sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. We will definitely return next summer.

More of a home than a holiday rental. This house is spacious, clean and well furnished.

The property is situated within a small private enclave of houses, in a well maintained area. The house is situated directly opposite the communal swimming pool, which has adequate space for sunbathing as well as swimming. North Myrtle Beach shops and restaurants are within an easy 10 minute drive. For golfers there are 4 very good courses within 5 minutes. This property on its own was top rate and with its location is extra special.

Excellent Vacation Destination

2nd year in a row staying in Barefoot and could not have been happier. House is exactly as described and beautiful. Proximity to pool across the street was great for a quick swim. Owners were great to deal with and ensured or vacation was what we were expecting. Highly recommended!

Excellent Rental

We had a great stay on vacation! The property has so many wonderful qualities. Beautiful decor, plenty of space for family, ease of parking, and the pool is directly across the street are just a few of the enjoyable features of this location. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Taisha has been fabulous to deal with and provides all information in a very timely manner! Our family loves this area and didn't want to leave! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Wonderful property!

We have been staying in Barefoot pretty much since it’s been there. This is by far one of the nicest properties I have stayed in. Taisha is totally one of the easiest owners I have dealt with. Prompt in response and just a totally positive person! The pictures definitely do not do the place justice. Everything was well appointed. The neighbors were all very pleasant. The pool was almost like having it in the backyard, , and was almost never overcrowded. And the views at the pool were very cool. . We will definitely be staying here again thanks Taisha for providing us with such a wonderful home away from home!!!

Amazing & Perfect

This place was amazing! Nice & clean and the perfect location. The pool being right across the street was a big plus and driving to the beach and attractions was easy as well! The owner was extremely quick as responding to questions and answered anything that I had asked about. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I hope she keeps this rental up for years so I can book in the future!

Wonderful week

The house was beautiful and so spacious to accommodate our whole family. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which was so helpful! Having the pool directly across the street was a plus as we were there every day. Our grandsons loved the pool! It was also a plus to have the area upstairs for them to watch tv early in the morning and not disturb those still sleeping. Perfect! Taisha was very prompt in her responses to questions and very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful townhome

The townhome was gorgeous with plenty of room for my family. Lacking in dishes and glasses as we like to cook and it was obvious the owners must eat out a lot. Beach access a huge disappointment with very little parking for folks not staying right on the beach, and shuttle service was hard to book to ease this burden.

Spacious, Quiet, and Great Location

This rental is in the Barefoot Resort Community with a pool directly across the street and another very large pool about a mile away. There are two bar/restaurants in the community that have very good specials on food/drinks and nightly entertainment. The community room across the street has a great book swap with many books to choose from. The house itself is very roomy with plenty of space to spread out and relax. Taisha was very responsive. We had a plumbing issue when we were there and she got a plumber there in no time to fix the issue. I highly recommend this rental. The area of North Myrtle Beach offers so much without the heavy traffic of Myrtle Beach. You will not be disappointed with this rental.

Great location!

We went down to spend the Thanksgiving holiday with some family that live in the area. We were incredibly pleased to find the property owner offers off season rates as we would not have been able to afford to stay somewhere as nice or with as much space as this please has. Quiet, met the neighbor who had a similar concern about his dogs being too loud for us. Nobody heard any disruptive noise. Quiet neighborhood. The property owner was extremely responsive and accomodating. Really can't say enough good about this property and our experience. Can't wait to come back!

Absolutely Beautiful

This was by far the best rental in our 14 years vacationing in Barefoot. We will most definitely return. The owner is very prompt and clear in her instructions. The town house was gorgeous and had everything we needed and more.

Great Multi Family property

Great multi family property. Two couples and one single stayed and we all had enough space to spread out and be comfortable. Being across the street from the pool was fabulous and we popped over everyday to get cool after beach time.

Awesome beach week with my family;

We had a great week and absolutely loved all the space the house provided for our family of 7! We played games in the loft on the rainy day which was fun! Easy in and out drive to beach and free shuttle also another great option - fun being in Barefoot landing for restaurants and shopping - would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home, but not close to beach.

We spent a week in this beautiful, large rental. The house is awesome! The two bedrooms on the first floor are spacious, convenient, and very comfortable beds, but the two rooms were not as cool as the great room. It made sleeping a bit uncomfortable for us. It was such a HOT week! The kitchen is fantastic and has everything you need to cook for your family. We thought the sofa in the great room was super comfy too! The garage makes for an easy, convenient entrance into the house. There are some rusty beach chairs in the garage, we brought our own, and a fabulous large beach umbrella that we used one day. It was perfect! The pool is right outside the front door practically. It's pretty awesome! The only con for us was getting to the beach. Our family found it too difficult to get to the beach. You will have to load up your car every time you want to head to the beach. Then finding and paying for parking was frustrating. However, we found the 39th street Public Beach Parking to be the best and easiest. If your family only plans to do the beach a little bit, then this rental will be perfect! Overall, we had a fantastic, fun week and the house was perfect for my husband and I , plus our 19 and 13 year old. We also really enjoyed the neighbors who live there year round. Nice people!
