A balcony extends from the living space with views towards the surrounding Alpine peaks. The living area is open plan, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and lounge arranged in one space.

Guests have access to shared facilities including a gym and sauna, open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:45 PM, as well as communal bike storage. Everything from lifts to shops and restaurants is within walking distance. In winter, the slopes are close by, while in summer the surroundings include Lake Montriond, waterfalls, hiking trails, and mountain biking routes.
