Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this upgraded two-bedroom, two-bath Beach Club condominium.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

Beach Club #301 offers a newly remodeled kitchen, hardwood floors in the living area, and a very charming “lodge-like” decor!

Bedding Includes: 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Sleeper Sofa

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Perfect vacation condo for our family

We had a fantastic stay at this property! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The decor was really cute and was the condo was organized well so we could find what we needed in the kitchen. The amenities were perfect . It was awesome to be able to walk right out to the beach, enjoy the sand and water, then clean off and swim in the beautiful pool. The kitchen is laid out nicely and was easy to make meals for the family. We loved this place and will definitely return again!

Good facility, great location

St. Simons Island is one of our favorite places to visit. This property is right along the beach, with easy access to the pool and beach. The property is a little older, and does show signs of that, but they take care of it and it shows. Our room was clean, nicely set up, and was exactly what we were expecting. It was just the two of us, but it would have still been comfortable with four. I could definitely see staying here again on our next trip.

Beach vacation

Excellent location. Nice size condo for a visit. It has 2 showers and a tub. Pool and beach access very close.I Liked being walking distance. Parking spaces very narrow, especially since many people drive big cars. However, it was fine and we all had a good time. Planning to return next year.

Great for a quick beach trip

This place was perfect for our family of 5. Being right next to the pool and on the beach was ideal for spending the day outside but could run back to the room if needed. We were also very close to the pier that, had we brought our bikes, we could have taken the bikes there. We will definitely be back. The only minor issue was the WiFi signal was not strong so it was hard to stream family movies in the evening. But they had cable so there were channels available.

Misleading Description

Decor and amenities were dated. The misleading listing info is vague — the complex may be oceanfront but this unit’s view is of the neighboring complex’s dumpster. VRBO’s incentive’s and One Key points apparently are not honored so we paid full price for discount accommodations.

Not terrible but not the best

The property is nice but the parking is kind of terrible. Has more of a hotel feel to the place but more expensive. They are doing construction on the building so it’s kind of ripped apart. Some of the construction was being done in the stairwell directly outside of our room (and along other areas) but they were working on a Saturday and it was UNBELIEVABLY LOUD, to the point of giving me a headache, and it was between 9-10am when it began before we just rushed out. Saturday night we went to go shower and had to shower on for 5 mins tops and started running out of hot water, within 3-4 mins it was completely cold. The room was not completely clean and there was hair in the shower. It was a little disappointing for the amount of money I paid. I would probably go with a different place next time.

Great Place; need better cleaning crew

So I’ll address the negative first. There was a large hair all stuck to the welcome mat. Maybe as the vacuum rolled over it pulled off? Still gross to see when you first check in. Then the master toilet looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned. It probably had, but not day of and there was a black ring in the bowl. So a little more attention to detail and a day-of sprucing up would be great. Otherwise no complaints. It was a nice complex right on the beach and close to everything. We had a wonderful time!
