- Cleaning fees reflect the cost of a CDC-compliant cleaning. 100% of the fee is paid directly to the cleaner.
- No contact check-in process, if desired.
- We require interim cleanings by our professional cleaner for stays of 15 days or more. For stays of 21+ days, additional cleaning charges may apply to the final cleaning.

Our gorgeous stone patio is a defining feature of the home. Enjoy morning coffee at our bistro table and the company of fellow guests at our fire pit or dinner at our handcrafted farm table.

- Kitchen fully equipped with all appliances, cookware, utensils & necessities to cook your favorite meal. Coffeemaker, microwave, toaster oven, blender, mixer, good knives, waffle maker, and more. Complimentary coffee, teas, sweeteners, salt, pepper, cooking oils, vinegar, Dawn and dishwasher pods.

THREE BEDROOMS:
- Bedrooms are furnished with queen memory foam mattresses, luxury linens, dressers, nightstands, closets, luggage racks and ceiling fans.
- Ground floor bedroom with queen bed, TV and full bath across the hall is fully accessible to all living areas and perfect for limited mobility guests. Complimentary shower chair, walker and elevated toilet seat with handles are available on request.
- The second-floor owner's bedroom with separate dressing room, TV, full desk w/ great view and comfortable office chair.
- The other second floor bedroom has a queen and a comfy twin window bed.

TWO BATHS:
- The first-floor bath with walk-in rain shower.
- The second-floor bath with twin sinks and a tub/shower combination.
- Baths are fully stocked with quality towels, hair dryers, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturizer, hand soap, and make-up remover wipes.

OTHER FEATURES:
- Washer/Dryer, fragrance-free detergent, iron, ironing board. Drying rack available on request.
- Complimentary yoga gear (mat, blanket, blocks & strap) for use during your stay available on request and subject to availability.

PLEASE NOTE:
-This is a duplex with separate entrances and separate outdoor areas and parking on opposite ends of the house. Guests in this unit have exclusive use of the stone patio.
-Although we have sound-proofed common walls, you may hear sounds from the other unit. Please let us know of noise is a problem so we can address the issue.
-The units are served by separate HVAC systems.
-The house is treated regularly by our exterminator. Please let us know if you see any bugs.
