Hello paradise! Nothing makes an Emerald Coast vacation better than staying in a Gulf-front condo. Crescent 108 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom rental that can entertain up to 12 beach guests. Whether you are planning a trip with family or with friends, this is the rental for you.

The large, open living area is what you would expect from an elegant vacation rental on the prettiest coast in the world. A wraparound couch faces both a TV and glass doors that open onto a breezy balcony overlooking a lagoon-shaped pool and the shimmering waves of the Gulf. A dining table with six chairs sits adjacent to the living room. Nearby, the spacious kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances and a wraparound, granite-topped bar with six chairs. Here, you can enjoy a buffet-styled meal or tropical appetizers, or take your treats onto the balcony and enjoy the view.

The primary suite boasts a king-size bed, a flatscreen TV, en-suite bath, and immediate access to the beachfront balcony. One guest room features a king-size bed and private bath, while the other includes two full bunks with access to a full hall bath.

When you stay at the Crescent, you not only enjoy the luxurious living space, but also great amenities that will only add to the vacation fun. Two private pools and a bubbling hot tub are available for guest use. The spacious patio surrounding the pools includes lounge chairs, tables, and grills, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a poolside cookout. The pools are only a short stroll from the beach, so you can take your pick between a freshwater plunge or burying your toes in the sand anytime throughout the day. The Crescent also offers a game room and on-site fitness center. With its central location in Miramar Beach, guests can easily access grocery stores, restaurants, bars, concerts and more – in Destin, Miramar Beach, and on Scenic Highway 30A.

The location of the Crescent has always been our favorite for vacationing. Close to restaurants and the grocery store. This particular room had plenty of space for our group but disappointed in the cleanliness of this condo. You couldn’t walk barefoot without your feet turning black. The bathrooms need some deep cleaning and TLC. Maybe clean the walls off as well.

Check-in was easy. The property is NOT as it appears in the photos. The photos look nice and clean but the unit is in severe need of a deep cleaning. We were very disappointed because we love The Crescent. We will not utilize this particular unit again.

We loved our stay at the Crescent. The only issue we had was with the maintenance staff. They were rude and threatening on more than one occasion. There should be clear direction on beach access.

Great view, beach and pools

Beautiful white sand beaches with green and blue water. Umbrella ready to go every morning. When you're tired of that, the pools and hot tub are waiting. When you're tired of that, just enjoying the view from the balcony is quite nice. When you're tired of that, a free DVD is just a few steps away. The pool equipment could be quieter though.

Summer getaway

Well kept place...little hidden to get to. Rooms accurate; bunk beds are for kids so they loved it. Time of year we went less summer crowd so definitely enough space at beach and pool. Rooms have basic cable and DVDs but no modern electronics or charging other than outlets. I comment since most hotels do have options for charging electronics or Netflix, etc. Kitchen had accessories needed to cook meals. Appreciated the washer and dryer to keep wet clothes from smelling or "airing" out on balcony

No bathroom in toilet room in main bedroom. Toilet in main bedroom did not work! No doorknob to back bedroom door. No fan blades in bunk room. Needs a MAJOR deep cleaning!!!! Different maintenance sent out everytime and they each said something different, no communication at all!

This condo is in a great location/condo community. There were however many disappointing issues. Starting off, I called 3 times to get a front gate code from Ocean Reef with no luck . One rep. told me they don't keep the gate closed this time of year so we didn't need one. We have stayed at the Crescent before and knew we needed a code. Fortunately for us, another couple on our plane knew the code and gave it to us. We did need it when we arrived. Many things were disappointing with this condo starting out with the extremely large wad of hair in the master shower drain and the mold on the ceiling of the master shower. The glass tables were dirty when we arrived and the floor was very dirty. All our socks were black after walking on the floor. The kitchen had very little flat ware and very little glasses and dishes. One of the plates in the cupboard had food and dirt on it. Several glasses and plates were chipped. The small amount of both of these made it necessary to wash flatware and dishes a couple of times a day. The dishwasher was not bolted to the cabinet at the top and every time we opened it, both racks came flying to the front and almost flew out! We had to make sure and stop them every time. There was a missing rung on one of the ladders of the bunk beds which made it extremely difficult and dangerous for a 6-year old to get out of the top bunk - a definite safety issue! The door handle on front bathroom was broken. Very disappointing!

Odor was enough to ruin a vacation.

When we arrived at this property it was adorable. Its just as the photos show. It is peaceful and beautiful to look at. The staff were friendly and the condo itself is ideal. The decor, such as the flowers should be replaced. They are very outdated and dusty. It was not clean. The floors had not been mopped and there was an odor in the master bath. There was also a pack and play in the closet that we thought to be the source of the odor. It turns out that the guest prior to us either had a dog in that closet or urinated in the closet themselves. This odor was so bad that we could not use this closet to store four guests clothes, shoes, or suit cases for a week. We had to omit the bath tub and the storage in the laundry room for storage for our belongings. I sent several messages and they sent housekeeping who mixed what smelled like lemon scent pine sol so the odor changed from jobsite portable urinal to just intolerable. We kept the door closed then they brought a fan with a light. This circulated the smell into the bathroom and bedroom and you could not close the bathroom door due to the cord for the fan. Two nights and two and a half days. It was disgusting and terrible. We stayed away as long as possible. So much for catching a nap in the middle of the day or being able to enjoy the king sized bed. Unless they remove the sheetrock from the walls and the padding from under the floor I would never recommend staying here because that smell is abominable.

Beautiful View!

We had a total of 12 people on our vacation, 6 adults and 6 children ranging from 2 - 8 years old. With the exception of the bunk beds being fairly uncomfortable and hard to get in and out of, we were overall satisfied with our stay. Property management was very responsive to any issues we had and front desk staff was very friendly. The pool and beach access were so close it made things very easy, especially with kids.

Love The Crescent

We love staying at this property! There were a few minor issues about this particular condo. One of the tiles on the patio table was broken when we arrived as well as one of the chairs. There were some large clumps of dust on the bathroom counter and there was trash left in the shower. We didn’t bring this up to the property manager since it wasn’t a huge deal but their cleaning crew could do a better job. The master bath was nice. The other 2 bathrooms could use to be updated and the master bed could use an upgrade. Other than those issues, this condo was great and was fairly clean. You can’t beat the location!

Great location, gated property, access coded access to pool and beach, easy access to elevators, parking, trash disposal, all amenities of home included in the condo, including fast WiFi and cable TV, great view of pool, right on the beach with a short walk around to re first floor to the access gate. Property is about 2 blocks from a grocery store and a gas station. Beach is beautiful and chairs and umbrellas are sufficient. Overall, it was a great stay!
