It was a nice place to stay except the air conditioning was limited. They did offer to lab a fan. It wasn't very cozy feeling, no throw blankets, ect. Don't have access to garage. No beach stuff. Pool was freezing.

pros- pet friendly, pool, outdoor shower, locationcons- AC limited to 72 degrees, fan on back deck barely moved any air, hose spigots locked so i could not wash my boat off after a day on the water.

Regarding the A/C, this system is regulated to 72° to help prevent the unit from freezing or seizing and to ensure it continues operating properly for all of our guests. We’re also sorry to hear the back deck fan wasn’t providing enough airflow—we’ll have our maintenance team check it out. As for the hose spigots, they are locked to prevent issues that can occur from washing boats on the property. We understand this may have been inconvenient after a day on the water, and there are designated locations in Port St. Joe where boats can be washed. You can always reach out to us during your stay as well. We are local and happy to help. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to host you again!

The house was lovely! We loved the pool and the pool toys that were there. Not too far from the beach, had everything we needed! We would definitely return!

The house was very nice, close enough to the beach that you can walk. Has everything that you need, and spacious enough.The only thing that I will mentions that it needs some touch ups. Paint on the walls loomked old, they were some stains on some of the walls. What really actually put us off for a minute was that the air conditioning vents, through the house they are dirty and rusty. If those they get a refresh paint it will be definitely 5 . But overall, very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Great Property

The property was in an excellent location close to the beach. The pool and the screened in area were amazing and the pool was the perfect depth for the kids.

Wonderful family vacation home

Love the area and this home worked perfect for us. Short walk to beach, in closed pool, bonus we could bring our pups. Very clean, well equipped, great management communication. Can’t wait to return!!

Great job overall! Great property great location! A bit confusing being almost right in the central vs. eastern time zones, but that is all.

Ideal location

This was a comfortable property nicely located in a low key community in the panhandle. We were able to walk to the beaches and easily drive to various beaches in the area without congestion. We really enjoyed the house and this area of FL!

Perfect house for the family

Wonderful Stay

We loved everything about this rental! Plenty of space. Lots of kitchen supplies. Pool was wonderful. It kept the kids busy for HOURS. Only 1 mile from Mexico Beach Public Access area.

Awesome pool

Pool was great. With it being screened in you don't have to worry about the bugs getting to you. Plenty of floats available to use. Would definitely book again.
