I LOVE SURFSIDE!!!

This is my 2nd time staying at Surfside but my 1st time booking through Realjoy. Surfside is a great place to stay and easy access to the beach just a walk across the breeze way and you are right on the sand. Booking with Realjoy was such a pleasure they checked on us and made sure we didn't need anything which I thought was very nice of them to do. They also made booking really easy will definitely be using them again in the future.

Took my granddaughter and her friend For sr trip Loves this condo It was perfect Just fyi the second bedroom is pretty small but amazing views and each room had access to the amazing balcony

We did 3 nights at this rental. We would be 3 adults, 2 kids, and an infant. The condo was big enough for us. The water and beach were beautiful during our stay. Condo was very clean when we arrived. Be prepared, we were informed pre-arrival but you can not enter the condo early. The beach passes were inside the room. Beach public access is nearby if you need to waste time waiting on the room. Overall great time!

Miramar stay

The property as a whole needs some repairs. (Wobbly handrails in the parking garage.) The door leading outside was busted and taped up with painter’s tape. The ground floor smelled like weed. When putting our clothes into the dresser, there was a torn up hamburger bun in the bottom drawer. The fan in the master bedroom didn’t work. The codes for the gate changed mid stay and we weren’t notified. The parking lot was not large enough. All that being said, overall it was a nice stay. The location was great, and having umbrella and chairs included with our stay was wonderful. The apartment is very modern, and has a beautiful view. I would stay here again.

We are happy to know that you enjoyed an overall nice stay in this two-bed, two-bath condo, especially because of its location, beautiful view, and seasonal beach service. We sincerely apologize for the food that was found in the drawer and for the change of the gate code. We have discussed the drawer finding with the cleaning crew. The HOA changes the codes for security reasons. We will improve our guest arrival information to keep guests informed on access code changes. The ceiling fan has been fixed. We unfortunately have no control over such issues as the handrails in the parking garage, the door, or smell on the ground floor as these are all common area places that the building and HOA take care of. We only manage the condo, its interior and contents. We will mention your concerns to the building’s management. Thank you for your patience and for choosing Real Joy.

Great location

This was our first visit to Miramar Beach. We were in town for a wedding. We stayed 3 nights with 4 adults and a toddler. The property was clean and check in was easy. There were codes for the room door and the various access points but they were well communicated and we had no issues. It was nice having a washer/dryer in the unit for wet bathing suits and towels. The kitchen was well stocked and a good size and we appreciated the “starter packs” with essentials like paper products and soap. The only negative there was that the ice maker did not appear to be working, but only a minor inconvenience. The second bedroom is very small. Definitely no space for a pack and play, so my daughter and her family stayed in the master, which was very spacious. The guest bathroom had a tub which was helpful with a little one. Valet carts available at the entrance were very helpful. Perfect location was a short, easy walk to the beach and it was very convenient to have access to complimentary chairs and umbrella on the beach. The view from the condo was Beautiful. The sky bridge was nice so that we did not have to cross a busy street with a toddler, but be prepared for 3 flights of stairs to get down to beach level. We also enjoyed the pools when we were ready for a break from the sand. Walking distance to a few restaurants and shops with plenty more a short drive away. There was plenty of parking available both in a lot and a covered parking garage. Overall a very nice stay!

Great vacation!

Property seems a little smaller in person but fine for 4 people. Not sure if I would want to have 6 people in there as listed and price was a bit high. Second bedroom very small. The condo needs a deep clean but compared to some other places I’ve stayed in the past seems fairly clean. All in all it was a great stay and would recommend this place to others. Possibly consider same place when visiting Destin in the future.
