Set alarm to “Away”
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pool Deposit - Pool heating use. Guest pays utility costs. A $2,000 deposit for utilities will be required. Heating costs vary by market/use.
Signed Short term lease agreement required. Guests are required to answer a series of questions via inbox within 24 hrs of booking being accepted.
Addl Guests staying 1 week are to provide Govt photo IDs within 24 hrs. of booking. Tenant screening required. Owner may cancel without reason

Peaceful Haven

Positively wonderful property! We so enjoyed the yard…lots of shade, pool, fruit trees, basketball court, gates to the circular driveway, many areas to enjoy a quiet read. Home is very spacious and encourages relaxation. Kitchen comes with everything imaginable. Host was easy to contact and quick to respond. Highly recommend.

Such a fun home. Very unique and funky. Kitchen amenities were amazing.... LOVED the yellow stove! The yard was very quiet and private. Victor was amazing. We had a few little quirks and he responded immediately. A hidden gem. Had a wonderful time.

Superb!

We stayed at Victor's property for the month of February, 2023 and we wish we were still there!! The house is spacious, well-equipped and very comfortable. The yard, with the view of the mountains and golf course, was spectacular. There is abundant and comfortable out-door furniture and we spent a lot of time just relaxing in the yard. The mature fruit trees are amazing ... meyer lemons, oranges, and pink and white grapefruit. We picked oranges ever day for morning juice! The house is set behind gates and is private from the rest of Monterey CC, but we walked the development most days and felt right at home -- everyone says hello and waves. There was a heated community pool a very short walk from the house which could be used in addition to the private pool in the back yard. Also, the house is a few minutes from Whole Foods and Trader Joe's, as well as the shops at El Paseo and many other stores and restaurants. This house is a real find -- do not hesitate to rent it!

Month in Paradise

We just spent the month of March at this beautiful home. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a private oasis in Palm Desert. The backyard has so much shade that even on a 93 degree day we were never hot, which is rare for a place on a golf course. All of our needs were taken care of as Victor is an extremely responsive host and made sure our stay had no issues. The Monterery CC had a great Pickleball and tennis community where we played almost everyday. We hope that we can stay here in 2022!

One of a kind. Only detached private pool home in the community. Country Club is gated. Private Home is gated and walled as well. All others are attached patio condo homes. Sits on .4 acres Southern Exposure. The community is centrally located to everything.
