Despite this, we’re so glad you were able to enjoy your stay and wish you could have stayed longer too. Since these are deeded weekly timeshare rentals, stays are booked in 7-night increments. For future trips, we’d be happy to help you plan a 2-week stay, or you can also check directly with the resort to see if they have availability for extra days. Hello Heather, Thank you for the review! I trust you enjoyed your stay in St. John at Westin St. John. You specifically wanted to book the three-bedroom villas at Virgin Grand with the private pool. We did mention early on in our conversation that the Virgin Grand villas do not have a view of the water. We stated this: "The Virgin Grand villas are more secluded and do not have any views of the bay." Then later, we stated this "They (Virgin Grand villas) are nice, but the downside is they are located on the opposite side of the main entrance - they are about a 15-minute walk down to the beach and they do not have any views." Regardless, we are terribly sorry if you were expecting a view of the Bay. As far as the wall/door between the upstairs bedrooms, we are hopeful you reached out to the front desk to let them know it was not closing correctly. On property, the Westin maintains all villas, common areas, and grounds. They have a maintenance staff that is ready to help guests with any issues that arise in their villas. You visited St. John at a beautiful time of year and we hope you saw lots of wonderful plants and sea life and enjoyed the amazingly, beautiful Caribbean Sea. Thank you!
