Welcome to Sun Kissed by the Sea!

3 King suites with full baths
All bedrooms are on one floor and 2 are inside the main house which makes it safe for parents with small children.

*** Sun Kissed by the Sea is fully solar powered with backup batteries!

***There is a sweet island cat named Chunky that resides outside. She is outdoors ONLY.

We are located on Fish Bay which is a very nice and quiet area with phenomenal views. We are a short 8 minute ride on easy, paved roads to Cruz Bay and ferry. Shops and restaurants are a short ride away and then you can return to your peaceful and private villa! We even have a wildlife refuge located below our villa and you can sit on the patio and watch the cranes, deer and it is also home to 2 rare scarlet ibis. I have a telescope and binoculars to view the wildlife.



We provide beach chairs, beach towels, beach coolers, snorkel gear, life jackets, a cornhole game and pool noodles.


Everything is located on the top floor so there are no stairs to climb which is perfect for children and older guests. The bottom floor has a hammock, a dining table and two quiet sitting areas to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine.


We have a relaxing pool with nice upgraded furniture. 


I also have full air conditioning throughout the whole villa including the living room.  A lot of villas only have air conditioning in the bedrooms and I also have a full size washer and dryer located in the main house where others usually have them on the bottom floor with outside access. We also have a fully stocked chef's kitchen to make meals including an air fryer, convection oven, Keurig, blender, 12 cup coffee maker etc.

Lovely house, easy check-in and out. Beautifully decorated home, nicely furnished and has every kind of cookware you'll need on vacation. Comfortable large beds with nice linens. Great bathrooms with good towels. Also very well stocked with everything you need for the beach and snorkeling.Amazing view. Driveway is steep-but they all are around here.

Such a beautiful place! We slept in king sized beds and enjoyed the amazing view. There were many beach toys, and we spent hours at a different each day beach. This place has everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

Great place to stay!

We've stayed at many houses on the island and this by far was the loveliest. It was very clean, very organized, well stocked. Communication was great. Last but certainly not least was chunky, the outdoor cat, who would stop by and say hi. 5 stars - absolutely recommend.

Paradise on St. John's

Property was just what we were looking for our week-long family trip to paradise! Quiet location with stunning views of Fish Bay. Does require vehicle that can handle very steep driveway and driver confident driving on typical narrow and often steep roads on St. John. So appreciated all of the beach equipment that was provided as we made great use of that every day! Entertained by very friendly cat, "Chunky" as we are all cat lovers!

We had a wonderful experience!

This villa fit our family of 8 comfortably! We loved the all the space and the separate living area for the master. The kitchen was so well equipped and had everything you can think of - including an air fryer, spices, condiments, coffee filters, etc. We got a lot of use out of the beach cooler, chairs, etc. The communication throughout was fantastic! Thank you for making everything a breeze and helping coordinate arrival/departure with ferry schedule, showing us to the property, giving us recommendations and helping with all of our questions and needs.

Great time at Sun Kissed!

We had a great time and the house was perfect for us. The ad pictures are very accurate. The house was well stocked. The separate master bedroom/bath was very nice for us and our grown kids enjoyed the two bedroom/bath suites in the main house. The kitchen was great and we made use of it, and the gas grill, to cook in more than one night. We rented their car from the owner and it worked fine and was very convenient - the car has some age on it but we had no issues. I don't blame them for not buying a newer car as cars get pretty beat up by the roads on the island. Renting the 6 seater from them was more efficient than renting two 4-door jeeps, which was our other option. Finally, just note that the driveway is very steep and might be unnerving to some - we had no problem, but good 4-wheel drive is a must.

We fell in love with St. John the very first time we visited 13 years ago. No other Caribbean island compares to this gem. The beaches are breathtaking and the island feel is so serene and inviting. We have always had a dream of buying a house on St. John and our dream finally came true this past summer. The house seemed to choose us and we feel like it was meant to be. We spent 4 months remodeling our dream home and would love to share it with you!!
