house in Rome

The house in Parioli is really beautiful.. It is much brighter than the photos show, and very roomy with a well equipped kitchen. It's in a quiet neighborhood and is easy to find a place to park. The only problems we had were that one of the toilets takes all day to refill after flushing, and one of the double beds had broken slats and was really uncomfortable. There was a disagreement with the manager about this, but I believe the intention is to resolve the problem. You should know this depending on how many guests you have. Still, it is a wonderful place to stay for 4 people.

Esperienza fantastica/wonderful stay

L’appartamento è veramente bello e dotato di tutti i comfort, ampio e luminoso, una una zona tranquilla dei Parioli, vicino a bar, ristoranti e negozi. Una breve passeggiata da Villa Borghese e il suo parco. La comunicazione con l’host e’ stata perfetta- ci ritorniamo! Beautiful, spacious and luminous apartment in an elegant building of one of the most coveted residential areas of Rome. Very safe neighborhood. A short walk away from coffee shops, restaurants and stores. It’s on the first floor and there is an elevator. A taxi station is a 5 minute walk from the apt.

Absolutely beautiful apartment!

Our vacation was fantastic in large part because of the beautiful accommodations and the assistance of Maria, our host. The apartment provides everything anyone would need, including a fully functional kitchen. The location was convenient and within walking distance to many markets, cafés, and various attractions. We were not familiar with Rome, but this area of Rome is particularly beautiful. The balcony and courtyard (wild parrots included) made mornings with a cappuccino, particularly delightful. Each room has a color scheme, which makes it even more enchanting. Maria was extremely helpful and made excellent recommendations. She reached out well ahead of time to make sure that our arrival was perfect, and also offered to assist us as we were leaving. We will definitely be coming back!

Living like a Roman

Large, superclean and yet very cosy appartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious hallway, livingroom and kitchen. Comfortable furniture, lots of art and antiques. With a balcony and a garden surrounding the house. Just north of the historic city center, a half hour stroll through Borghese Park or 5 minutes from the subway (one stop) to Piazza del Populo. Quiet. Good value for money. And above all: kind and attentive hostess. Enjoy Recommended!

Wohntraum in schöner Lage

Sehr gut gelegene (Haltestelle Euklid der Vorortbahn in 500m Entfernung, zwei Buslinien nach Roma Termini und ins historische Zentrum) riesige Wohnung im ersten Stock eines sehr gepflegten Mehrfamilienhauses mit Garten, eingerichtet mit viel Flair. Alles ist vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht, schickes, ruhiges Viertel mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und guten Restaurants (einfach Klsse: das winzige "Sicilia Bedda"), netter Kontakt zur sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieterin - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Überzeugend

Es war in der Wohnung genau wie auf den Bildern gezeigt - sehr, sehr schön. Für Rom war die Lage recht ruhig. Am Tage hörte man die wilden Papageien aus dem Garten. Das ganze Viertel ist, wie das Haus und die Wohnung, gutbürgerlich aus dem Historismus. Wir fanden alles super gut.

Excellent séjour

Appartement superbe, spacieux et bien équipé situé dans un quartier calme et résidentiel. Les transports en commun permettent de rejoindre rapidement le centre historique de Rome. Contact agréable avec les propriétaires très disponibles et facilement joignables. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Amazing Stay

Our stay was everything we hoped for.The communication was incredible and made the process so easy and smooth. The location worked well for us. You will need to take a short taxi ride to the more popular destinations. We loved being able to walk to get groceries and food each evening. The hosts were so helpful and kind to our family. The home was perfect. The room with the two twin beds were the most comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped as was the entire home. We truly loved our stay and would stay here again.

Kurzurlaub in Rom

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Rom und haben diese Woche sehr genießen können. Die Villa liegt in einem älteren Villenviertel und ist verkehrstechnisch sehr gut angebunden. Die Haltestellen sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Wir wurden am späten Abend von der überaus freundlichen Elisabetta empfangen, die uns auch noch einen Tisch in einer wunderbaren Pizzeria um die Ecke reservierte. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr geräumig, etwas in die Jahre gekommen und im entsprechenden Stil eingerichtet. etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt ist es ein sehr schönes Appartement und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

A rare find in the loveliest of neighbourhoods

A lovely, spacious and generously sized apartment in the calm and leafy Parioli neighbourhood. The apartment has everything you can need for a wonderful stay and is a joy to come back to at the end of a day in Rome.

The real deal

The real Rome. I have looked for this experience for 40 years and finally found it. I will go back, and before I travel again to this little paradise, I will see it in my dreams. This was a loving home and the memories of the life there surrounded us with the same special sense of belonging. I used to stay in the Eden hotel, but this rental is the real paradise.

Mooi, ruim en gezellig appartement

Prachtige appartement met gezellige meubels, waarbij het voelt alsof je logeert in het huis van je (groot)ouders. De vele persoonlijke spullen en foto's maakten dat wij ons heel erg thuis voelden. De hosts zijn heel aardig en behulpzaam en reageren snel als je een vraag hebt.

Comfortable Parioli Apartment

We had a lovely two week stay in this large comfortable apartment. Everything was as advertised and with many family photos and knickknacks left in the apartment, it’s almost like staying with an old friend. Communication with Luisa was excellent, though it is helpful if you speak some Italian. The location is great if you like to walk. Though not we’ll served by the metro, Parioli is a comfortable walk to villa borghese and the Centro Storico. The kitchen equipment is a bit dated, but is perfectly adequate for the nights (if any) you choose to cook at home. Overall the space was very comfortable for our family of five adults and if we’re lucky enough to visit Rome en famille in the future, we’d certainly stay again.

Man kann hier gut mit einer Familie oder 2,3 Pärchen unterkommen. Insbesondere im Sommer sind die schattige Lage der Wohnung und ihre kühlen Böden ideal. Nächste U Bahn oder Geschäfte sind zu Fuß in ca 7-8 min erreichbar. Insgesamt ist nicht alles auf dem neuesten Stand, aber gepflegt.

Nobel und authentisch

Luisas traumhaft große Wohnung war für zehn Tage unser Quartier in Rom. Der mit wunderschönen Gemälden, Möbeln und Textilien (und auch allen praktischen Haushaltsgegenständen) ausgestattete Altbau gibt ein authentisches römisches Lebensgefühl in einem Stadtteil ganz ohne Touristen. Die Gastgeberin hat viele nützliche Tipps zu Geschäften, Cafés und prima Restaurants im näheren Umfeld zusammengestellt. Die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung ist gut: Man steigt in weitgehend leere Trams und Busse ein und fährt direkt zum Vatikan, Termini oder Corso. Einige weniger bekannte Parks sind ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Für die Kommunikation bei der Schlüsselübergabe sind elementare Italienischkenntnisse empfehlenswert.

Super séjour à Parioli

Ce magnifique et grand appartement bourgeois, avec tout le confort, en plein cœur du quartier chic de Parioli, nous a permis de passer une superbe semaine à Rome. Loin du tumulte du centre, dans un quartier authentique, proche de toutes les commodités et du très agréable parc de la villa Borghese, son emplacement pour découvrir la vie romaine est parfait. Notre hôte a été très disponible et nous a facilité les problèmes logistiques avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Si vous avez un peu de temps et que vous voulez découvrir Rome autrement que par sa zone touristique, n’hésitez pas !

tres bel appartement bourgeois dans tres bel residence.appartement tres spacieux tres bien decore dans un tres agreable quartier de rome.proche de la villa borghese et de son parc .avec vue dominante sur rome et possibilite d arriver vers la villa medicis et place d espagne.dans le secteur a visiter aussi musee d art moderne.moyens de transport urbains pas loin de l appartement pour arriver au coeur de la ville historique.tres bon sejour .hote d accueil fort sympathique et devouee qui vous donne toutes les precisions quant au fonctionnalite de l appartement et conseils sur le quartier.tres bons souvenirs de rome et quel plaisir que de sejourner dans ce tres bel appartement si bien situe dans un quartier chic.
