Perfect location

Stayed on the golf course condo! Perfect since we were golfing at the Bay Course. Short walk to the beachs, which are amazing!

Very enjoyable stay

We were totally happy with our unit, fabulous view, close to the pool, comfortable furnishings(recliner), quiet surroundings. Glad to have the beach chairs for the beach. Great time here.

Scuba Dive Trip

This property was perfectly suited to my needs while on a scuba diving trip to Maui. Well situated in relation to the Lahaina Harbor dive boats, Kapalua beaches, and restaurants in NW Maui. Easy access, convenient parking, and great views.

A great choice for a holiday getaway.

Very nice condo. Nice layout. Very clean. Beautiful lanai with excellent ocean view. Close to outdoor pool. Short walk to the beach and local hiking trails. Not a single complaint.

Small issue

Facility nice, original rental changed because of conflict with owner schedule. Rental okay but wasn’t informed new unit without AC. Most days okay but some humid days and nights would have used. Should have conveyed this difference

The property is wonderful and the process is easy. Great view, well-appointed unit. Well equipped kitchen, lots of towels (bath and beach), beach chairs and a beach umbrella. We have booked with Ridge Realty several times now and it is always a great experience. We like knowing that any unopened food we leave behind goes to a food bank. The reservation process was very simple, and The staff at Ridge Realty is always very responsive whether it is questions about the condo or visiting Maui in general.

Couple of things to fix: Towel bar and cold faucet handle in shower bathroom. It was fine with us, but wanted to let you know. The chairs, cooler and ice packs were great to have available - much appreciated. It was nice to be provided with good info about the area.
