This beautifully decorated and modern townhome is 3 bedrooms/3.5 baths. Master bedroom is on ground floor right off of the living room with a King bed. Two guest bedrooms upstairs have a Queen in one bedroom and 2 twins in the other. Each bedroom has it's own connected bathroom. Loft upstairs. Half bath is downstairs near kitchen. Beautifully updated and spacious kitchen! Large laundry room that included a laundry sink. A short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Pool access is included. Moments from downtown Fernandina!
For pet lovers - Small dogs under 20lbs are ok with non-refundable pet fee. No garage access. WiFi access is included. Less than a half mile walk on pathway to get to the beach.
