10 mn walk from the beach INDEPENDENT HOUSE IN A VILLA WITH SWIMMING POOL.
Whole floor of a house. Beautiful renovated space with open kitchen on the living room. Space overlooking a terrace with bird's eye view of the pool. A toboggan slipping directly into the pool is not yet planned. But access to the pool is direct by the outside stairs. Ping pong, table football and barbecue available in the garden. Quiet area near bus and small shops. Beach of Fort Antibes 15 minutes walk. By bus, downtown 12mn and Marineland 10 minutes. Ski resorts at 1h30. We will welcome you all warmly in our family home and will be very happy to give you our advice! An Italian pizzeria is next to the house. The pizzas are delicious as well as their lasagna tiramisu and others! There is about 10 minutes walk among others a "little rock". For breakfast good bakeries! Marineland's summer activities and amusement park can be reached in a few minutes by bus, or even on foot.
