Downtown OC, Water views!

Sorry, WE DO NOT ACCEPT SENIOR WEEKER BOOKINGS, so please don't ask. Enjoy a sunset over the stunning Isle of Wight Bay from the spacious balcony! Located between 4th and 5th St. in downtown Ocean City, this 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom vacation condo is in the perfect location! You are short 2 1/2 block stroll to the boardwalk and beach. A short walk to many restaurants (highly recommend "De Lazy Lizard" for a sunset dinner or drinks on the bay), bars, amusements, and other activities. Around the corner is a bay-side boardwalk that offers license-free fishing and spectacular views of the bay. This is a great spot for photos! Around the other corner is a market/deli/beer and liquor store. You are located beside the skate park, playground, basketball courts, and fields. Park your car when you arrive and never need it again. If you want to go uptown, for $4 you can ride the bus all day.

This is a 3rd floor unit without an elevator, so please keep that in mind. There is a front balcony, living room with tv, pull-out couch, dining area with table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom with a full bed and bunkbeds. Remember to bring your own towels, linens, blankets, pillows, hair dryer, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Save money by bringing your own groceries and cook a meal or two! Please leave the unit as you found it with all dishes washed and in the strainer or put away. There is only on-street parking, but should usually be easily found. Unload out front, then park and not need the vehicle again.
