Review for stay from 18 July 2026 to 25 July 2026

We booked the Villa for a week in July 2026 for two families - 4 adults and 4 kids A very beautiful large villa, well maintained, the pool is awesome and the view is amazing – the real Tuscan feeling ???? Kitchen is a bit old, but everything is there, working fine. All equipment was useable, and nothing was broken. The pool and garden were maintained almost every day and was nice to use.

Review for stay from 23 September 2019 to 05 October 2019

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We stayed for 12 days at the end of September in the very beautiful, spacious house. The garden with the large pool is gorgeous, the view is fantastic! The equipment is partly a bit getting old (stove, here was one of the four hotplates broken, a kettle was missing; the coffee machine hardly usable; on the second fridge - intended only for drinks - the door did not close completely; Sanitary e.g. the shower heads ...) and could be renewed or repaired in some areas. 2.5 km away (direction Siena) you can buy excellent red wine and olive oil from thefarm without "tourist surcharge" in the farm shop and in Palazzuolo, 900m away, the Ristorante La Scuderia is highly recommended, with excellent value for money and very friendly service. Conclusion: a beautiful place of relaxation with beautiful scenery and definitely recommended!

The -: A kitchen with outdated equipment (fridges, coffee machines and dishwasher) or defective (gas stove), bed mattresses hard as stone. It is a villa with exceptional location. We rank it 3 out of 5 stars because of a lack of comfort on basic things in the house.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Spacious house with flowers in the garden and a great view. Equipment here and there was a bit old (beds, dishwasher, sanitary, with us also a hot plate was broken ... it would be good if these would be repaired at some point.) Would also be nice to have a cozier lighting of the kitchen for bad weather days (instead of cold-white energy-saving lamps), but overall a beautiful spot on earth.

Positive: Beautiful rural setting, very peaceful in rolling mountain area with wonderful views. Property is spacious with a fantastic pool and terrace area. Negative: As so secluded there is a lot of winding roads to get anywhere which adds to journey time. You should read very carefully the contents list as some common items are not included eg kettle, toaster, room fans, DVD player
