Near Aix-en-Provence, beautiful villa with swimming pool on wooded grounds

Ideally located between Aix-en-Provence and Marseille, near the TGV station (13 min) and Marseille Provence airport (20 min), we are happy to welcome you in our house.
With an area of 160 m2, easy to live in and comfortable, it is composed of a bright living room overlooking the terrace, a large fitted kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 WCs. 3 bedrooms are located on the same level: the first offers a double bed of 160 * 200 with adjoining bathroom, the second, a bed of 140 * 200, and the third a single bed of 90 * 200 (possibility of adding a 2nd bed). The 4th bedroom is located upstairs with a 160 * 200 bed and adjoining bathroom.

The ground, of a surface of 4000 m2 in peace, is closed and sported with automatic gate. You can take advantage of the furnished terrace with a garden lounge and a table which can welcome 8 guests, have lunch under the pines (table which can welcome 10 guests), relax on the deckchairs by the swimming pool or cook grills on the barbecue. For leisure, a large trampoline, as well as a badminton game, are available.

You will find quality shops within 2 minutes by car: bakery, butcher, fruit and vegetables, fishmonger, wine merchant, mini-market. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away, and for shopping, the Avant-Cap shopping center is 10 minutes away.

Known for its sunshine, the region is ideal for idleness but also offers many opportunities for visits: Aix-en-Provence, its colorful markets and its renowned festival of lyric art in July (15 min), Marseille, its old port and the MUCEM (20 min), Cassis and its creeks (45 min), the Sainte Victoire of Cézanne (20 min) and the beaches (less than 30 min). Les Baux de Provence, Avignon, the Luberon and Camargue regional parks and the Var will delight you within an hour and a half.
