Engagement Stay

This was the perfect stay for me and new Fiancé! Kelly and the team was very accommodating and helped us with a bottle of champagne and chocolates. Two blocks off the beach and was the perfect place for a 3 night stay for us.Would absolutely come back!

The carriage house was wonderful and the location was ideal. Just steps from the pool and a short walk to the beach and town square. We will be back again soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great visit. This is our 3rd trip to Rosemary Beach. Love the location of Belize carriage house.,will definitely be back. My only suggestion would be to replace the sofa downstairs. That would give the place a boost it needs. The pillows are stained and the sofa, it has been the same since the first time we came. This is a small area and would make a significant difference. also, this would ease the worry of the sofa bed mattress that is so uncomfortable. All said we love the carriage house!

Perfect rental in Rosemary

My daughter and I got away for a quick 4 day trip to Rosemary. The Belize Carriage House was perfect for us. The location was great as it was an easy walk or bike ride to restaurants and shops. The house was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Fun in Rosemary!

Wonderful time in Rosemary Beach with my two girls! The property was just perfect for our girls trip. This sweet little cottage is perfectly appointed within steps to the beach, the pool and the village. It's also stocked with all the amenities needed to make the trip relaxing and enjoyable. Rosemary beach getaway

This was a great place to stay for the 3 of us. It is super close to the beach and the bike trails make it so easy. We got to meet the property owner and he couldn’t have been more gracious, even offering to go to the grocery store for us. We throughly enjoyed our time!

Such a great feature to have the bikes there to use! The internet signal was very weak. They were so attentive with their service to try and fix it, but it was not suitable to work from there. Great Location

We stayed at the Belize house during the week of New Years. It was a great stay. Clean and nice. Location is amazing, right next to pool and very short walk to beach. Great for couples, but can squeeze in a family of four, too. Suggested updates: upgrade bathroom a bit (although it’s fine as is), bigger TV on wall and get rid of big entertainment center.
