A 300 metros del centro de la ciudad de Villeneuve-lès-Avignon y a pocos minutos de la Cité des Papes, tiene una vista impresionante de Ventoux y Dentelles de Montmirail.
Una hermosa sala de estar que se abre a una piscina, 3 suites para padres con 3 baños, decoradas hasta el último detalle en un estilo neo-provenzal contemporáneo.
Se presta especial atención a su bienestar: cumplimiento de una "carta de sueño", gimnasio, hammam, servicio de masajes, etc.
La "ciudad de los cardenales" se encuentra en la confluencia de tres magníficos departamentos y en el centro del triángulo dorado de la Unesco, la mayor concentración de sitios clasificados como Patrimonio Mundial de la Humanidad en Europa (Aviñón, Arles, Orange, Nimes, Pont du Gard, etc.).

A new coffee maker is needed. Washcloths would be nice. House was very clean. All in all a very nice villa.

Great stay just outside of Avignon

Loved the smaller feel of the Villeneuve les Avignon. Great restaurants and walking/cycling trails. The accommodation was very comfortable and check-in/check-out was smooth and well communicated. Would have come back the following week if it was available!

The perfect retreat in the middle of a Spanish & French road trip

Firstly, above all, the location is superb. The village of Villeneuve Les Avignon is stunning and has so many bars & restaurants and history to discover. However! Not at all touristy or overcrowded. The people are so friendly and in truth, one of the highlights of our 3 week holiday. The fact that Avignon is only a couple of miles away just adds to the experience. (In addition, there’s a super high street butcher, etc and also supermarkets nearby). The property itself did exactly what it says on the label, in terms of the description versus reality. The fact that it was spotless was fabulous. It didn’t lack anything in terms of the kitchen & bathroom facilities and the bbq and small patio were lovely to sit in. We would definitely recommend to any couple/couples/family. Thank you.

Amazing home and incredible team

My husband, myself and our three adult children booked Emilie's home as our base in Southern France for a week in early July.. The only issue was, we enjoyed staying there so much we didn't want to travel to see other parts of Southern France. The home is impeccable, we very much enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and eating our meals outdoors. Everything about the home was beautiful and relaxing and high quality. Emilie and her team will incredibly helpful with all our questions. The views are spectacular and we all enjoyed the pool. We also loved walking into the town to shop at the many stores for our food. There are two bakeries, a butcher, a chacuterie, a small market that had everything we needed. There is a cheese shop but we bought our cheeses from the chacuterie shop and market (there is also a larger market a short drive from the house). And everyone sold wine. We even made good use of the exercise room. We would definitely love to have a reason to come back and highly recommend this home.

Wunderbarer Ort

Wir verbrachten eine rundum gelungene Woche in der Villa Ventoux, die Fotos entsprechen absolut der Realität. Dem Haus fehlt es an nichts. Die Lage in Villeneuve des Avignon ist wunderbar, in 10 Minuten ist man mitten drin in der gepflegten Altstadt, die viel zu bieten hat und ganz und gar nicht touristisch ist.

Tolles Haus

Schade war, dass im Inserat nicht erkennbar war, dass der Fitnessraum und die aktuell nicht zu nutzende Sauna, in Gemeinschaft mit drei Häusern genutzt werden sollte. Dies sollte transparenter gemacht werden. Das Haus ist sehr fein und mit viel Stilsicherheit eingerichtet.

Très belle villa contemporaine

Nous avons fortement apprécié la villa en ce mois d’avril. L’architecture et l’aménagement intérieur ont été faits avec goûts. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la literie. Seul petit bémol, la vue est légèrement obstruée par la ville adjacente. Dommage aussi d’avoir les pieds dans l’eau une fois sorti de la douche italienne. Nous remercions chaleureusement Emilie pour son accueil, sa confiance et son professionnalisme.

Fantastisch huis, zo smaakvol en schoon. Loopafstand van restaurants en barretjes en kwartier van Avignon (auto nodig). We hadden wel iets meer privacy verwacht. Verder hadden wij een huisje voor 8 personen. Volgens de advertentie had het huis 4 slaapkamers maar dat bleken er 3. Er staat nl een slaapbank in de woonkamer. Verder een heerlijk nieuw luxe vakantiehuis met mooie materialen.

Aussergewöhnlich schönes Haus

Wir waren zu fünft (Eltern und drei Kinder 13/15/17) für eine Woche in diesem Haus um die Gegend rund um Avignon zu erkunden. Das Gebäude ist sehr geräumig und aussergewöhnlich schön gestaltet und eingerichtet. Der Aussenbereich mit Pool und Sitzplatz ist ebenfalls wunderschön. Unsere Kinder genossen es sehr auch mal spätabends noch in den Pool zu springen. Die Vermieterin Emilie ist sehr umgänglich und sympathisch. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Great location, Perfect for families, Overall Awesome Place!

We felt so lucky to stay at this home during our time in Avignon. Emilie was so wonderful to work with, very thorough and made sure my family was all taken care of the entire time that we were there. The home is absolutely stunning and is in a super convient location. Grateful to have been able to stay here!

This place is better than the pictures. Emilie is extremely attentive and helpful. The village is a 15 minute walk and is just beautiful with lots of friendly bars and restaurants. Don’t normally revisit holiday villas but I’m definitely coming back here next year. Thank you so much for an unforgettable holiday ❤️

PLUS QUE PARFAIT

Les propriétaires: un couple élégant, charmant, à l'écoute positive et très soucieux du service, de votre confort et de votre bien-être pendant tout le séjour; on aimerait les avoir comme enfants ou amis. La villa: l'architecture, la décoration et les harmonies intérieures, la marque des équipements et des matériels mis à disposition sont au delà des photos et de toute norme habituelle pour ce type de location (je sais de quoi je parle car je loue chaque été depuis au moins 10 ans en Provence), sans parler de la qualité exceptionnelle des aménagements extérieurs (piscine-plantations). Tout est sobre et de bon goût, sans ostentation; c'est "plus beau que chez soi". Aucune gêne, visuelle et sonore, liée à la proximité avec les 2 autres villas, très bien isolées. En conclusion, un séjour "top class" de 12 nuitées passé en famille (7 adultes-1 enfant de 2 ans). Évidemment, je recommande sans réserve, cette location ...... mais pas trop quand même car il pourrait devenir difficile de passer un nouveau séjour dans cette villa.
