Nyd din morgenkaffe ude på balkonen med udsigt over den Mexicanske Golf, mens du planlægger din dag. Couldn't beat the location

The location was perfect, we could walk or golf cart to several resturants and there was plenty of space, we had 21 people- 10 adults and 11 kids ranging from 1 to 18 and we never felt on top of each other. The only negative was there is no common access to the pool from inside the house, you have to go through one of the back bedrooms and we had to do some cleaning when we arrived. Otherwise this was a great fit for a large group and could not beat the easy beach access and proximity to everything 30A!

Great for family

We had a great experience staying at Utopian Village. There were 13 of us (adults and kids) so the set up worked really well. Pictures and description were accurate - beach access entry is literally across the street from the front of the house! Having the bikes and golf cart was key for us so everyone could do their own thing when we weren’t together. There were only 5 bikes when we were there but that wasn’t a problem for us. Pool/grill access from bedrooms worked for us but might be a consideration for others. Would definitely recommend!

Utopian

Overall- great place and responsive team. The house has been renovated and is very nice; the pictures of the property were different than what is there in that there is a new backyard and new pool. The pool is very nice but not exactly a "kid" pool-although it was great for cooling off and relaxing. the yard is very nice and the outdoor counter and cooking area is great. The 360 team was responsive- but their gold cart vendor was not accommodating. The golf cart would stall out and we asked for a replacement and they refused. This is a great location on 30A!

30a stay

Overall the property was nice and very convenient to the beach and seaside. We had a few issues while at the property that were fixed such as a filthy pool and broken latch on the gate. The golf cart break unfortunately was not fixed correctly when we asked and the chairs at the pool are completely in usable with broken legs. The washer and dryer were also not clean. The washer contained mold (even after I purchased a washing machine cleaner pod) and the dryer was full of sand. We needed to do quite a bit of laundry with a house full so unfortunately this was a put off. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances but the coffee pot does need to be replaced or paper filters need to be bought. You are unable to make a full pot without grinds everywhere. A reusable filter was all that was provided. We could not get the air regulated in the house so unless you like it very cold I would not sleep on the first level. We had to keep the middle level above 72 not to freeze downstairs (and we like it cold!). Other than the issues noted above we loved the location and the beds were very comfortable. There were lots of towels provided as well which was nice. The texting feature to the property manager was convenient but there’s only so many issues that can be fixed on a week stay- we tried to only ask the pressing issues to be fixed but we are hoping this review helps the other issues to be given attention as well to help make future stays more enjoyable.

Stay at Utopian

The property was beautiful and the location was perfect for us. The property was recently purchased and renovated. What we thought we booked (per the pictures) was not what we saw when we arrived. The pictures showed a totally different pool and backyard. A few issues arose once we arrived. 1) The wi-fi information was incorrect and we had to wait a full day for 360 Blue to find out from homeowner that the password had been reset and they had not let anyone know prior to our arrival. 2) Landscapers showed up one morning early to complete work on the backyard without notification. We had two toddlers sleeping upstairs when the work started tearing down the fence and was very loud and disruptive. This work should have not been scheduled while the home was full of guests. It could have been done on our checkout day when there was no one at the house from checkout time of 10 am through checkin time of 4 pm for the next guests, other than the cleaning crew. 3) The cleaning service showed up at 8 am on the day we were leaving and checkout was not until 10 am. Just another disruption. 4) Golf carts were not there for our use until our second day. I will say that 360 Blue was responsive to our issues and would return our calls and take care of the issues. Just not sure why the items listed above occurred. It should be a seamless process. We did enjoy our stay on 30A, it is one of our favorite places to vacation.

What a super house!!! It was perfect for our combined families!!! The boys all took bunks upstairs and girls separated and slept like princesses w 2 to a king bed each! Of course parents got their own king beds and a suite!!! It was CLEAN! and beautiful! The living space and kitchen was comfortable and spacious for watching movies ...playing games....and eating together! The kids loved the beach during the day and the pool in the late afternoon! There was plenty of parking!!! Literally across the street to beach! Close to everything!!! We will be back!!! Having the golf carts and bikes were wonderful!!! (Think about $$$ savings) The 360 Blue team was always there for us whatever we needed and w great response! Love the app!

November 2019 Stay

We stayed in this property as a group of 4 couples the first week of November. It could not have been any more perfect! the weather was wonderful with at least 4 good days of sunny beach weather. The house is gorgeous, newly renovated and very spacious with five king-sized very comfortable beds and a bunk room that sleeps 10 more people. There are 4 full baths, all are beautiful and there is a tub for bathing kids if needed. The kitchen is spacious and beautiful. It has everything you'd need to cook large meals, and it is open to the huge dining table and family gathering space. Every room has a big flat screen TV. The 2 porches are perfect for reading, enjoying morning coffee or a drink in the evening. The Gulf waters are easily viewed from the top deck. this house is literally just steps from the beach, maybe a 4 minute walk to the sand. This is the perfect rental for a vacation in the area and we were thrilled with every aspect of our experience. Enjoyed the 6 complimentary bikes too. Highly recommend!!!

We so enjoyed the house. It was clean and worked perfectly for our girls trip. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of linens. We did have a maintenance issue but they fixed immediately. Will definitely rent from 360 Blue again!

When we arrived we noticed a strong smell of mold before we even reached the top floor. We searched all over the top level for the source, but couldn’t find it, so we let it go. By the next morning, one of the children was extremely sick, and stayed that way the entire trip, though allergy medicine lessened the severity. By Thursday, black mold had grown on and around nearly every air vent in the top floor. After showering, water would drip from the air vent in that bathroom, since there is no way to remove the humidity from the bathroom. I suspect the ductwork in the entire top floor is full of mold, a problem made far worse since this is a room designed for small children. Additionally, but far more minor, the pool light was never repaired while we were there. Otherwise, the house is lovely. But the mold problem is serious, and we don’t expect to go on vacation and have our children exposed to mold in their sleeping room.

We are so sorry for the issues experienced during your stay. We have alerted our property manager for this home to your concerns and have taken the necessary precautions to check for black mold. We had all of the vents cleaned with bleach and thankfully, we did not discover back mold but rather mildew due to the humidity in our area combined with running ACs. We will continue to check for any sort of sign of black mold. Unfortunately, due to the climate of our area, mildew is a common occurrence and we do our best to take care of it immediately upon detection. June 2019 Stay

Had a wonderful time. Only couple things were issues. Didn’t get into house until after 6 pm cause the crew was still cleaning. We just hung on porch and drank some beers 😊. Didn’t like that there was no pool alarm button on the outside of house, only inside, so it buzzed every time we came inside. There was something burned in bottom of oven (from previous guest) so when we used it at 350 degrees it set the smoke alarm off. We wiped most of it up and it was ok after that. Oh and my brother in law had to wipe down the toilet on the 2nd floor the day we arrived. It was still dirty. We would definitely rent again and recommend to friends. Great location and set up.
