- $1,500 Accidental damage protection included.

- 25-year age minimum. We are unable to rent to college or minor guests.

- No parties or events.

- No pets, No smoking.

- Accessibility: Three steps up to the first floor lead into the home; stairs connect the first and second floor, and 5 bedrooms on the first floor.

- Safety & Cleaning: The home does have inside noise/crowd-gathering sensors and cameras (Cameras are over the front parking/entry and over the back deck for security). Security cameras monitor the pool and entry areas, and the home follows PMI - Purify’s advanced cleaning protocols.

- Guest Screening: ID verification, signed Host rental agreement, online check-in, and background check.



Guest Access:

Smart lock with access code provided at least 2 days prior to check-in.
