Great location and property for a big group

If you're looking to just chill out and relax at the beach or pool with family and friends, this was a great location. Tons of community space, tons of beds for kids and tons of stocked stuff in the kitchen.

This house was great! It is so close to the beach and comes with everything you would need for a beach trip. It was nice not having to travel with all the beach toys and chairs. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We would stay again!

50th Birthday Celebration.

We had 12 couples (24) adults all stay for a quick Birthday getaway. House worked out great, location, restrooms, bedrooms with multiple kitchen areas. Most memorable beach trip!

Everyone in our 20-person party agreed that this home exceeded expectations. Being literally steps from the beach was an enormous luxury! And having two kitchens was also a must when feeding so many guests. The kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms were all clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was a perfect way to wind down at the end of the day. Communication with property management was timely and thorough, and we even got an early check-in which made arrival much easier for some of our guests. Cannot say enough about this house, everyone was impressed and relieved to be so close to the beach.

Bella Breeze has it all!

This is the second time we have stayed in this wonderful house! The age range of our vacationers was age 3-83 and we were 18 people. We love the facts that the house has easy access to the beach without having to cross any roads, it has its own pool, there are individual bunk rooms with access to 1/2 bathrooms as well as master suites, there are two kitchens, a large family room, a wonderful long table so we could all sit together, plenty of kitchen supplies, and last but not least- there is an ice maker! We hope to return again.

Great Location

The size and location of the property are excellent for a family with children. I feel the floors needed to be cleaned. Our bare feet were black. The Crockpot needs replacing and an ice cream scooper added. Otherwise nice vacation home.

Thank you for your feedback. We rely on our guests to tell us what the house needs to make their stay more enjoyable. It is difficult to inspect all of the items during check-out/check-in, as things get misplaced and broken with everyday use. However if there is something that guests need during their stays, we encourage them to contact us and we will try our best to drop off a replacement. Sand and salt water are very harsh on floors especially on wood stairs; we will pass along the info to the cleaning crew. We appreciate your feedback and would like to offer a discount to you on a future stay.

Summer Pace has EVERYTHING

If you have a large group; this home is your best option on 30A. There are 12 bedrooms, 6 full baths, and 4 half baths that provide lots of privacy and comfy niches for all ages. The family room and kitchen eating area are huge. There are two full kitchens with dishwashers , microwaves, stoves, and refrigerators. Our group of 23 loved the ice maker, private swimming pool , and easy beach access with NO road crossing! Our family has gone to the Seagrove area for over 25 years and done a lot of research on possible places to stay. We have stayed at Summer Pace 3 out of the 4 last stays and missed one opportunity because we waited too late to book it!

Why they chose this property

We recently stumbled upon this beautiful location and fell in love! 💕 Gated, secure neighborhood is less crowded, safe & quiet - no unwelcomed guests. Very short walk (less than 1 minute!) to our own private beach which cuts down on crowds. Large enough to accommodate family reunions or multiple families who would like some extra space. Short bike ride to Seaside or Rosemary Beach & quick walk across #30-A to access miles of Hiking Trails.
