Cozy Private House near Palm Beach and High Rise Hotel Area

The property is a 90+ square meters and fully gated corner house, surrounded by a bougainvillea flowers and other plants garden and terrace in the center of a 980 square meters private property. It has an 8mts x 3mts swimming pool located in the back patio. This house is located in a very quiet and safe area and is fully alarmed and have security cameras around the premises of the property. If you have a car rental it will be in a private gated parking space big enough for 3 cars. In the inside, the house has two bedrooms, one with a King Bed and the 2nd room with a Queen size bed. One bathroom, TV -Dining -Living Room where there's a King size sofa bed. The entire house and bedrooms are fully air conditioned. The kitchen is small and practical with all kitchen appliances in it: blender, microwave, stove, fridge, coffee maker, pan, pots, plates and everything a family or group of 6 persons my need.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay here! The house is cozy and the outdoor space is more than enough. Edward was incredibly kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We appreciated that the location was a distance from the major tourist areas while still being easy access to anywhere we wanted to be. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Aruba.

Fabulous Aruba rental!

I loved my extended stay at Edwards property. It is blissful and private and easy to get to all the great areas. In addition, it is walking distance to Papimemento restaurant. I plan to return in the near future!! For people traveling with pets, this was a great property and I brought my pets with me.

Perfect spot for a great trip

Edward is an amazing host - he helped us fine great restaurants, the best places to shop for essentials as well as a boat charter. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen perfect for keeping our costs low on an otherwise fairly pricey island, but the pool was the absolute best way to end a long day of adventures, beach and sun. An easy few minutes drive to the most popular beaches and hotels, but definitely check out Arashi and Baby Beaches - what a great place. Thanks Edward - we’ll be seeing you again the next time we visit!

Great stay

We enjoyed our first time to Aruba at this property. The location was fantastic and easy to get to many places. We enjoyed dinners at bingo and papiamento close by, as well as juices and smoothies at Eduardo's hideaway within a 5 minute drive. The pool was nice to have, and we used it multiple times during our stay. The plants around the property are beautiful. We enjoyed sitting outside with our coffee many mornings. Communication was great, and Edward offered a lot of great recollections recommendations for us and was very personable. We would definitely stay here again!It'sbestlandscaping

Feeling at home in paradise

Celebrating a newly retired life and escaping the cold of northern Alberta, Canada, we decided to go to our favourite destination of Aruba. We came across this listing for a fully gated/fenced, pet friendly property with a pool!!! and booked it quickly for 9 full weeks. It was perfect. Our hosts were so friendly and even helped my husband with his broken eyeglasses upon arrival. Lol. The pictures were accurate and the house is adorable. We spent most of our days either on the covered patio, pool or the beach nearby by car. The property is surrounded by Bougainvillea and offers privacy and is in a quiet area off the main road. The pool was larger than i thought from the photos and is so well maintained. It was a luxury for us to enjoy. Located next to the Papiamento restaurant (which is a must visit) during your stay. Edward, Mitsy and family, the hosts, are amazing and made us feel like family, even with our 4 yappy Yorkies. Would definitely rent this property again.

My family and I are very united and we like to spend time together. I'm 48 years all and I was born in Santo Domingo the Dominican Republic out of British parents. My wife is from Aruba, we meet in Santo Domingo 35 years ago and we are in love today like we where 18 years ago when we started a relationship. We have three kids and we love traveling as a family.

As I grew up in the DR among friends and family, I always dream of having a property in a tourist location in the caribbean. Aruba is probably the best place for tourism. When my family and I decided to host online, we envision the way we will like to be treated, the service we will like to get and the the type of property we will like to be in if we where renting anywhere around the world. The best ideas and vision of how to do this, always come from our kids. That is why we focus in small details that will make our property unique and for our guests to remember. There is so much we can do without having to be expensive or having to invest big money in details and personal touch that will be appreciated by most persons visiting our property.

Because is an Arubian style made home. I makes sence for any traveler visiting Aruba to learn the ways this small society leaves. Also, the property has a land that offers us an opportunity to build according to what family groups look for when traveling on vacation to the caribbean.

What makes this property unique

We where looking for a property that needed an owner and that can be change into a warm place for families to get together. It will never offer what a hotel offers. It offers much more than that. Having no one else around because is a private home.
