BEAUTIFUL old house restored inside and outside, stone and beams, on west terrace 80 m2, on the heights of Sarlat, with south-facing view, plunging on the roofs of the city, on monuments and hills. View, very quiet, greenery and secluded at the top of a hill. 400 meters, on foot, the center and all shops nearby, and the market 2 times a week on Wednesday and Saturday, 500 meters from the historic center. PRIVATE HEATED POOL on 50m2 teak terrace. No direct opposite. Beautiful stone terrace, about 80 m², allowing to enjoy the sun all day, and the sunset behind the hills with a drink in hand. Outside hot water shower (solar).

Lovely traditional house close to Sarlat

This is a very spacious property with lots of atmosphere and charm, perfect for a larger family or a group of friends. It has a beautiful shaded patio and a pool, which we unfortunately weren’t able to use very much because of the rainy weather but where I think we would’ve spent most of our time if it had been warmer.Franck met us at the property, even though we were a bit late, and was very helpful and informative about the area. Highly recommend.

Très belle maison, pleine de charme, située effectivement à 10’ à pied du centre de Sarlat!. Terrasse magnifique sous la glycine, et très belle vue sur Sarlat. Petite piscine très agréable. Annonce et photos tout à fait conformes à la réalité Seuls bémols: À l’étage un climatiseur quasi inefficace dans la chambre d’enfants -celui de l’autre chambre fonctionne en revanche parfaitement- un mitigeur de douche bloqué en fin de vie dans la salle d’eau du haut, et des marches d’échelle de piscine manquantes ou fissurées…rien de rédhibitoire!!! L’accueil est tout à fait agréable et le propriétaire très disponible. Séjour tout à fait satisfaisant malgré la canicule

Wunderschön mit viel Charme

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit vielen schönen Eindrücken dieser phantastischen Gegend. Das Haus ist toll und hat sehr viel Charme. Lediglich der Pool war noch nicht in Betrieb, da der erst ab Juni aufbereitet wird (das haben wir wohl in der Beschreibung übersehen) Ansonsten alles wie beschrieben und absolut empfehlenswert! Die Lage in Sarlat ist kaum zu übertreffen!

Belle maison à Sarlat

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans cette belle maison qui se trouve dix minutes à pied de centre-ville. Les chambres sont grandes, bien meublés, et très confortables. Il y a tous qu’il faut : lits confortables, piscine, patio, jardin, grande salle à manger, cuisine moderne. Notre hôte Franck a répondu très vites à nos questions et nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux quand nous sommes arrivés. C’est une propriété à la fois traditionnelle est moderne. Profitez-en !

Peaceful and a few steps from Sarlat

Great host very accommodating the house is perfect. It feels like the country but is 5 minutes from Sarlat. Great ground pleasant pool much as appreciated in the heat. Spacious rooms. The kitchen is narrow but has everything and we manage to cook together. The terrace is where we eat and spend our time: despite the heat we enjoyed the shade and the gentle breeze

Belle maison à Sarlat

Très bon séjour à Sarlat sur les hauteurs à moins de 10 minutes du centre médiéval. La région est fantastique pour de nombreuses visites de châteaux et grottes et bien sûr la bonne « bouffe ». Le propriétaire est très sympa et à l’écoute.

très bon séjour familial à Sarlat

belle maison périgourdine, située sur une petite hauteur à quelques centaines de mètres du centre historique de Sarlat (par un petit sentier en bas du jardin), dans un quartier calme 4 chambres (2 au rdc, 2 à l'étage) dont une très spacieuse (rdc), 1 toilettes par niveau, sous-sol avec lave-linge et sèche-linge climatisation à l'étage uniquement maison très bien équipée (électroménager, wifi, Netflix, barbecue, piscine, machine Nespresso...), tout est fourni (vaisselle en quantité, linge de toilette, literie...) terrasse ombragée (glycines) grand jardin en pente douce supermarché, pharmacie, boulangerie à environ 1km se déplacer à pied pour aller dans la ville car il n'est pas facile de s'y garer (et pas/peu de places non-payantes)

3 semaines à Sarlat

Propriété très agréable. Magnifique terrasse ombragée. Maison bien équipée. Cependant la douche à l'étage est une cabine très exiguë, inconfortable au quotidien. Attention contrairement à l'annonce, la maison n'est pas climatisée. Aucun dispositif au rez-de-chaussée et deux climatiseurs mobiles à l'étage , non reliés à l'extérieur. Proche des commerces à pied par un petit chemin. Propriétaire très à l'écoute et disponible.

bonjour, comme je vous l'avez préciser lors de votre arrivé les climatiseur mobile n'ont pas put être installé correctement vue la date ou nous les avons reçus, à cause du covid 19 Bien sur la maison n'est pas climatisé au rez de chaussé car cette partie bénéficie d'une climatisation naturel grasse au mures de 80 cm d’épaisseur, et je pense que c'est bien plus agréable Merci encore d'avoir choisi ma location pour vos vacances

Maison superbe et très bien placée

Une maison superbe aux prestations de qualité, à la fois au calme et dans la verdure et à 10 minutes à pieds du centre de Sarlat. Correspond aux familles ou groupes car satisfait tous les âges et tous les besoins .
