When you rent this condo at Skyline Villas you will get Southern hospitality in the Old West. Start your stay with a welcome basket from the owner filled with goodies to tide you over until you can go shopping. Swim in the sparkling, heated swimming pool, hit some balls on the tennis courts, pump iron in the fitness center, or relax and read a book in the clubhouse.

You can't find a more convenient location, close to the upscale La Encantada shopping center, and on a paved walking path to nearby Italian, Mexican and Fusion style restaurants. Explore Tucson's rich culinary traditions, and discover unique Southwest flavors that make Tucson a UNESCO City of Gastronomy.

Your unit is on the second floor, so you will get some exercise climbing the stairs. There are also day hikes located nearby.

This condo is artistically decorated and well appointed, with an abundance of kitchen necessities, towels, and bedding. Internet and cable are provided. If you stay 3 months or longer, you will be provided with monthly housecleaning at no extra cost to you.

Whether you are here on vacation, travelling for work, or you need a furnished place to live on a temporary basis, you will love it here. Sit out on your porch and enjoy the sunset while you relax in Tucson's desert ambiance.

The Owner of this property was outstanding to work with from the very start. It was a pleasure renting from such an awesome owner. This is the first time my wife and I stayed at any rental property for multi-weeks (6 weeks) and it was such a great experience because of Suzie!! The condo was perfect and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed Tucson for the first time and loved the location which is very nice. We walked to the La Encantada luxury mall which was next to the condo complex on a daily basis to the AJ Fine Foods market and thoroughly enjoyed the club house exercise room and the beautiful pool area. When we discovered that the garbage disposal wasn't working, Suzie had a plumber show up the same day to replace it with a new one. When we arrived, Suzie had welcome gifts for us. Also upon departure. Susie also set up a unique and special golfing opportunity which was amazing!! We would absolutely rent Suzie's place again and can easily give Suzie and her Condo in the beautiful Catalina Foothills Tucson area 5 Stars for Excellence!!!

Foothills gem

Property was located in a great area, with wonderful views. Owner was friendly and incredibly accommodating. One of the best overall experiences via VRBO. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here.

Catalina Foothills gem

I came to Tucson for a work assignment, and had everything I needed at Suzie's condo. It was clean, up-to-date, and well-appointed for my longer stay. The welcome basket of treats and fresh flowers were a lovely touch! I enjoyed cooking meals in the full kitchen with all the tools and utensils I needed. The balcony was a nice spot to sit and relax any time of day, with a view of some mountains. Suzie was easy to communicate with, though I didn't really need much while I was here since the condo was set up well for my stay. The complex was in a nice scenic location, with foothills all around, a short (15-20 min) drive in one direction to downtown attractions, and short drive in other directions to hiking trails etc. There is an upscale mall (La Encantada) literally walking distance from the condo, which includes a nice grocery store called AJ's Fine Foods. Other stores like Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Sprouts, Target, Walmart etc. are within 10-15 minutes as well. The condo complex was clean and quiet with lovely desert landscaping. I really enjoyed the pool on the weekends (summers are indeed hot here!). I even got in the hot tub one night when it cooled down, and that was also nice. There is a small fitness room with treadmill, ellipticals, and upright and recumbent bikes. as well as some free weights. I had my own covered parking space which is a must in the summer! I had family visit while I was here, and they were very comfortable and happy staying here. It was a lovely and easy experience to stay at Suzie's condo and I'd highly recommend it!

Catalina Foothills Gem!

This Catalina Foothills condo surpassed all of our expectations! The location next to LaEncantada Mall offers excellent upscale shopping and groceries (AJ’s) as well as fine dining (Blanco, Firebirds, North Italia) all within a short walk. Skyline Villas is well maintained throughout the common areas. There is a lovely pool/hot tub and tennis courts. The clubhouse and exercise room has been closed due to Covid but hopefully will reopen soon. The second floor condo is nicely appointed with comfortable furniture and appealing decor. It is well stocked with everything from extra linens to kitchen dishes, pots and pans, utensils and the necessary corkscrew!! We have enjoyed the mountain/city views from the balcony, LR & DR and have sat outside many evenings watching the sunset! Pride of ownership is apparent throughout the condo and Suzie has replied promptly to calls and emails during our stay. We look forward to returning next year to this Catalina Foothills gem!!

Excellent restaurants nearby

We were a bit late arriving to meet the owner, Suzie, at the condo, but were assured this was no problem as she showed us the facilities. We found a well-appointed kitchen, and comfortable, supportive beds. The master bedroom faces the courtyard, which has a pleasant fountain. The walk in closet provided more than enough space for our planned three-month stay. A small desk and good wifi met our needs for some business (work at home) use. Beyond a wall of vegetation at the back side of the condo, we were within walking distance of a small, high end mall, with several excellent restaurants. Also nearby is Tohono Chul, a beautiful botanical garden and cafe with rotating exhibits. It didn't take long to settle into our comfortable space and enjoy a location that is easily accessible to many attractions and activities. As the COVID-19 crisis emerged, we found that we had to leave for home earlier than expected, but expect to return next year. Owner Suzie thoughtfully contacted us to see if she could offer any help, even before being aware of our changed plans, for which we are grateful.
