Pine Island in Southwest Florida is a year-round getaway. Whether you are escaping a cold winter, or heading to the coast for the summer months, St. James City is your ideal destination.

Snook’s Nook is a cozy one bedroom, one bathroom waterfront condo. Please note, this is a second floor unit, and there is no elevator. One of only ten units located in the Buccaneer Condo complex, Snook’s Nook includes a private boat slip and a large screened in pool and patio area. Bring your own boat or rent one from nearby Monroe Marina!

This sunny, bright condo includes a screened-in balcony lanai with water views, and is situated within walking and/or biking distance to local bars and restaurants. Come enjoy all that Pine Island and St. James City have to offer – fishing, boating, wildlife viewing, great food, live music and cocktails in paradise!
