We enjoyed our stay at this gem in Durham! Super clean, great communication with Dylan, proximity to good restaurants etc was ideal and very quiet. Would stay here again!
Convenient location for my visit; great value. Home was very charming and well furnished for a short stay. Lots of original features including nice hardwood floors and quaint bathroom. Parking would be difficult for mid-size or larger vehicle as very little street parking available near the property. Luckily I could fit my very small car in the back parking area. Would definitely book again for a future stay visiting family.

Very clean. Well equipped with a great kitchen. Off street parking available.
Comfortable place in a good location. The bed and bedding are comfortable, straight forward. Kitchen has what you need including filtered water and drip coffee set-up. Bathroom is basic. No place for toiletries. Alcove with desk and window (not photographed) is convenient. Furniture is more fun to look at than to sit on. Quaint, rustic vibe. Recommendations for dining and groceries were on point. It's walkable, though I was always the only one walking on the sidewalk. Alley 26 and the rooftop bar at The Durham stand out.
We came into town for a show at the DPAC, and wanted to be within walking distance of downtown. This is a cute, quiet neighborhood spot right on the edge of downtown, and it was perfect for our stay. Cozy and quiet and easily walkable. Would stay here again!
Charming, comfortable and clean. Centrally located. Walkway and steps to front door were a bit tough for my visually impaired spouse. A perfect place for us to stay and relax while visiting our grad-school daughter. Would stay again!
Property management communication was excellent and helpful. Property was clean and well organized. Location to downtown was walkable and parking was private.
Love my short stay here! Cozy and easy to get in and out. Lots of towels and essentials! Comfy bed& great communication! Loved the recommendations for food& activities!
I was in town for just a short while looking for a rental. Wifi worked perfect, which is really what I needed! The place is cute and well equipped. The bed was comfy too! :) thanks!
My husband and I spent three nights here. Everything went smoothly, with good and timely communication with the manager. In particular, we received check-in information well in advance, which I appreciated. The property was very clean, pleasant, and comfortable, and an easy walk into downtown. Street parking was readily available.
Very cute, very clean and a great downtown location. The communication with the property manager was excellent (I left some clothes in the dryer and they let me know right away before I left town). Highly recommend!
