River Grove Rentals House #10

This property is located on the beautiful Frio River in Concan, Texas at Magers river Crossing. This part of the river is a hot spot for tubing, kayaking or just relaxing in the river. The houses are fully equipped with all your basic needs in the kitchen. We supply all of your bedding for the 16 people this house will sleep. We have wifi and satellite TV. It is a spacious house with a loft too. The back porch has beautiful views of the Frio River and Mountains to the west. In the evenings and mornings you can watch the wildlife around the property. There is 800' of private river access along with a pool for all of our guests to enjoy. This house is approximately 60 yards from the river. You are minutes away from Garner State Park, House Pasture, Joe Jimmy's where you can enjoy Live entertainment.

Beautiful property. Friendly Manager. Spacious House.

Enjoyed the view and the spacious house. Having the river in my backyard is a MAJOR plus. The manager (Nina) on site is very friendly and would take care of whatever you needed. I would book again!

Awesome place for family gathering

Our stay here was all that we hoped for, especially considering we booked it one day ahead for a group of 11. We had planned on a beach trip for our daughter's birthday but Hurricane Laura had other ideas. So in a frenzy to find a place to stay and celebrate, this really came through. It was peaceful, beautiful and everything looked just like the pictures! We are looking forward to our return next year!

Steps away from Paradise!

Could not have picked a more perfect location!! This house was steps away from the perfect spot to enjoy the Frio River! The house was big and roomy, and had plenty of space for our group of 14. We are already talking about when we can go back!

This property was bought in 2017. We had a dream to build beautiful houses on the Frio River with amazing views. We were so lucky to be able to build our dream. Our family has held the Tri-Canyon dearly in our heart for many years. It is a special place to make memories for our family and we hope you make memories like we have when you stay with us.

Why they chose this property

Our property is located right on Magers Crossing. This is a hotspot for Kayaking and Tubing. We are located a couple miles from Garner State Park. There are so many fun things to do while staying with us. Hiking, Tubing, Kayaking, Bird watching, Swimming, Dancing, Golfing, Horseback riding, shopping and spending time with your loved ones

What makes this property unique

The views from our houses are amazing. In the mornings and evenings you can watch the deer, birds, rabbits, squirrels and many other types of wildlife from your porch. It's a wonderful experience and we hope you stay with us to make memories.
