Family house at a walking distance from a lovely beach and in the heart of the Moulleau-Village (a fashionable district of Arcachon with a lot of restaurants, shops). Loads of activities around the place (golf, sailing, historical tour, day trip to the Cap Ferret by boat, leisure parks, ...)
4 bedrooms. Suitable for young children.

Family house fully rented 500 m from the sea (Moulleau beaches) in a private driveway. Living rooms on the ground floor with 2 bedrooms. The other 2 upstairs. 2 bathrooms. Kitchen open to the garden. Large terrace, where we take meals in the summer, redone this year.
Family neighborhood with many shops / restaurants nearby. Everything can be done on foot. Very practical with children to enjoy the sea and the summer atmosphere. FR8S6YEP
