Fully fitted kitchen with all supplies, electric oven, gas hob, breakfast counter. Living area, Sofa/ bed, smart tv, radio. Outdoor shower, wash machine, outside dining area, and large private garden, fully enclosed.
Recently painted, bright and cheerful. Ground floor. Beach within walking distance, (3mins), Lido swimming pooland restaurant/ sat night entertainment close by at an extra cost. Restaurants, gelaterias/Pizzeria, fruit and veg market all 2 mins walk, pizzo old town 4 km away.

Ruhiger Ort, sauberes Meer

Es ist ein kleines Dörfchen unweit des Flughafens. Das Appartement steht in einer ruhigen Gasse. Im Haus war es angenehm ruhig. Wir waren Mitte August dort. Am Sand-, Kiesstrand gibt es öffentliche, sowie private Strandabschnitte. Wir waren stets im öffentlichen Bereich und fanden es entspannt, vor allem wenn man etwas von den Parkplätzen wegläuft. Gegen 7:30 (und auch im Laufe des Tages) kommt aus dem Nachbarort ein Bäckerwagen mit frischem Brot und anderen Teigwaren. Frisches Obst und Gemüse gibt es im Ort. Ohne einen Mietwagen ist man jedoch auf fremde Hilfe angewiesen z.B. Taxi um zum Einkaufen zu fahren. Denn das nächste Lebensmittelgeschäft ist nicht fußläufig erreichbar. Für jemanden, der seine Ruhe haben möchte, ist es genau richtig!

I love the South of Italy, it is so close to the beach, so I can walk, it is 4 km from the town, so is easily accessible. it has beautiful views. I love the outdoor area, it is large and private, I love the garden. It has 3 bedrooms.
