Beach vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay beautiful rooms, great view, convenient to beach access. Elevators gave us some trouble but overall a great place!

The condo was immaculate, great location, clean, and so beautiful! The host was very informative, communicated very well, very helpful and over the top sweet and personable! Will definitely be returning yearly for our family trip! Highly recommend!

Perfect Vacation House

Wow, this house was very clean and spacious with modern decor. It's tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still very close to several amenities. We enjoyed multiple nights on the deck and dock overlooking the peaceful Lagoon, which provided the "much-needed" tranquility after spending the day dealing with the hustle and bustle of downtown PCB. We would definitely recommend this house to any potential PCB vacationer!

Perfect PCB Location

We spent a week at this place and have nothing but good things to say about it, from check-in, parking, to check out. Very accommodating host and quick responses to any questions. All the small details provided to help get the vacation off to a good start. Will book this unit again when we go back.

Wonderful

I don't have anything but good to say about this stay. Owner was very prompt with responding and very helpful. Location was great. It is a very quiet neighborhood away from traffic. The house is absolutely beautiful. It exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be back!

Great stay!

We had a great time staying at this location. It had everything you needed. Beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys! Condo was well stock with needed items for a nice stay. Large capacity washer and dryer were awesome for doing laundry. View was amazing. Loved that it was on the beach. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Owners were so nice and responded quickly.

Wow is all I can say. Perfect home.

We brought our teenagers down for spring break and also brought our boat to do some fishing. This home was perfect. Very tastefully updated. Communication with property owners was very easy. Literally the best home we have stayed in through vrbo. We will be back soon.

Great Vacation!

Well kept and felt like home immediately. It was super clean & comfortable which made our trip even more relaxing, bc we were prepared to do a huge scrub down with it being in the middle of Covid-19. We still did our normal lysol throughout, but it was a load off of us. We would definitely rent this again. Owner was good with communication as well. Thank you Shelley, for a wonderful stay.

Great location, beautiful views House was definitely clean great location right down the street from the boat ramp very convenient putting my boat in the water, great place to stay. I would highly recommend it. I know will be back.

This was an awesome condo. Check in was so easy. Parking was so convenient. Easy access to elevator and to condo. Very clean, was even better than advertised. We loved the balcony. All communication with owner was very personable. Thoroughly enjoyed our time. Would definitely recommend.

PBC Vacation

The property was wonderful and clean. Shelly was fabulous to work with. The weather wasn't the best, but that is beyond control, so we improvised by going to other spots besides the beach. Plenty to do within walking distance. Elevators are slow on the weekends, but we took the stairs instead of waiting. We went over the 4th and got to watch amazing fireworks on the beach. The condo was perfect, equipped with everything we needed.

Great property and nice location.

Overall I wanted to be selfish and write a bad review so people think twice before renting this place. I didn't want them to ruin it. But that would be unfair. The owner/manager was very prompt with their responses. The property matched the pictures. It was nice and clean inside. It had everything we needed to go out to enjoy Panama City Beach. Spacious, clean, and a nice neighborhood. Publix was close, beach was close, restaurants and bars were close. There is a boat ramp in the neighborhood. If the owner/manager is ok with a trailer int eh driveway there is a ramp about 10 houses down. If we return to PCB, I hope this property is available. If you rent it, please return it in a nice condition.

DON'T HESITATE, BOOK NOW!!

This house is absolutely amazing! Huge living area & kitchen accommodated 2 couples & 5 teenagers with plenty of room to spare. The beds were all very comfortable. We loved the pillows & bedding so much that I made note of the brands. The location couldn't have been any more perfect unless it had been directly on the beach. It's so close to St Andrew's Park & the beach & water there is better than Crab Island. The deck & dock were our favorite part. There's nothing better than watching the sunrise & seeing dolphins while having your morning coffee. Our host was available to answer any questions & was more helpful than she had to be when we ran into trouble on the way down. This house literally has everything you need & then some from toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, beach towels, etc. We'd brought a lot of stuff from staying in past places, but we'd have been fine without it. I can't recommend this gorgeous house enough!

Great Condo

We had 5 adults and 2 kids. The condo itself was clean and enjoyable. There were no issues with the condo. The location was good. Parking area is tight if you have a full sized 4 door truck but is manageable. Overall we had a great vacation at the Ocean Ritz condo.

Wonderful Vacation Retreat (Relaxing)

The property manager Shelly was very informative and pleasant to do business with. All the amenities you would want. Perfect location and the views of the Gulf are unforgettable. Restaurants are plentiful within walking distance. The game park is a 5 minute drive. The beach is beautiful white sand and not crowded. The Gulf water is perfect for swimming, boating and fishing. My sons and I loved our stay and look forward to going back to PCB. We will be contacting Shelly when we do. Thank You, Bob

Home Away From Home + The BEACH!!!

This condo is finished and stocked to make your vacation a REAL vacation! The week flew by and we were sad to leave this beautiful place. It was loaded with daily necessities from toiletries and coffee to other sundries and all our beach needs. The condo itself was perfect for our party. The grandparents enjoyed the master suite that opened onto the balcony and offered amazing gulf views. My husband and I and our boys enjoyed the other two bedrooms that stayed dark and quiet during the day - great for midday naps between beach/pool time and other local excursions. The location was also perfect for us! Lots of energy and excitement in the neighborhood with local attractions but very close to two state parks that offer a quieter beach experience and connection to nature. The extra bonus is that the property host is incredibly thoughtful and responsive. She made us feel so welcome and like family. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy, don't hesitate to book this beautiful condo.

Great Vacation!

This was a great condo! The hostess went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Wonderful communication, clean and there were lots of extras to make your vacation more convenient and make you feel at home. Fantastic oceanfront view and balcony was set up to enjoy comfortably.
