Modern apartment (30m2 + 10m2 terrace), completely finished to be refurbished (April 2019), sea level, direct access to private terrace, optimal comfort (HD TV + satellite, WIFI ..)
It is located in a small residence (17 apartments) very quiet surrounded by greenery with large swimming pool (12mX6m) in a privileged area 1km from the magnificent beach "Des Plon / Sa Tuna, 2km from Begur, and close to 6 others beautiful beaches & coves & the most beautiful scuba diving sites.
I also have another apartment for 5 people maximum (published on Abritel) located 200m higher with large terrace, swimming pool overlooking the sea at 300m and similar panoramic view.

I lived in London and Barcelona for 20 years and worked mostly as Export Director
Since 2015, I have been living in my hometown in South of France.
I know the entire Costa Brava very well, which I have been exploring for 15 years, and consider Begur as one of the most beautiful villages in the Costa Brava.
As a scuba diving instructor I also recommend its seabed.

Why they chose this property
This is a very quiet area in the middle of the woods, with a soothing view of the cliffs and the sea, in a totally renovated and recently decorated studio with optimal comfort.
You can carry out multiple activities;
-swimming, sailing, surfing, snorkeling or scuba diving (with one of the most beautiful sites in Europe "Medes Islands" at 15km), fishing, sailing (boat rental at 2km in Aigua Freda)
-road or mountain bike, jogging, trecking or hiking (along the stunning paths that line the whole coast),
-riding, golf (5 within at less than 15 km!), tennis (5 clubs at less than 3 km) but also visit;
-very beautiful wineries, museums, ruins...
