In response to the lack of air conditioning, we would like to note that we have made sure to disclose this in the listing description as it is a rare amenity in Jackson. This is the case for the majority of our properties since we experience such cool temperatures in the mornings and evenings. In addition to specifying this on the listing, we provide fans and outline tips to keep the home at a comfortable temperature, which most of our guests find works well! We sincerely apologize if you feel that this was not transparent enough; we strive to be upfront with our provided amenities and features of the home. We are truly sorry for the issues that you encountered. We completely understand the negative impact these have on a vacation and regret that they were not reported by our teams prior to your arrival. That being said, we believe that the majority of these items could have been resolved quickly by our maintenance and housekeeping teams, and made sure to offer these services as soon as we were notified. We wish these visits hadn’t been declined so that we had the opportunity to rectify the situation and provide you with a comfortable experience. Following your departure, we quickly resolved all cleanliness issues and any general upkeep items that required our attention. Additionally, we periodically do extensive walk-throughs to ensure that our homes are well maintained and our guests are receiving quality accommodations.
